In March, the company was renamed China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. In November, the China Air Separation Building was completed.
2010
In November, the company was reorganized into a controlling subsidiary of China Pudong Development & Investment Corporation.
2006
In April, the company was wholly reorganized into a limited liability company with state-owned holding.
2003
In August, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China National Machinery Industry Corporation for Engineering and Agricultural Machinery.
1997
In January, the Ministry of Machine Industry of China established the China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) and transferred it as a wholly-owned second-level subsidiary.
1985
In June, with approval from the State Economic Commission, the separation of government and enterprise was implemented, and the “Eight Factories and Two Institutes” were transferred to local governments for localized management.
1981
In April, with the approval of the State Machinery Industry Commission, China Air Separation Equipment Company was established. It was affiliated with the Ministry of First Machinery Industry of the state and comprised “eight factories and two research institutes,” including the Hangzhou Oxygen Generator Factory, the Sichuan Air Separation and Gas-Phase Equipment Factory, and the Sichuan Cryogenic Equipment Research Institute.
