China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNASEC), established in 1981, was restructured from the former China National Air Separation Plant Corporation into a joint-stock enterprise with diversified ownership. It is a member company of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), a centrally administered state-owned enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council and a Fortune Global 500 company.
After more than 40 years of development, CNASEC has grown into a technology-driven engineering company with engineering design, consulting, and EPC contracting services as its core businesses. Its business portfolio covers industrial gases, natural gas liquefaction, cryogenic liquid storage and transportation, environmental protection engineering, advanced wastewater treatment and reuse, chemical engineering, energy recovery and utilization, as well as automation and control systems.
CNASEC holds Grade A qualifications in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry engineering sector, covering the specialties of chemical engineering and storage & transportation of petroleum and chemical products, and Grade A qualification in environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control). The Company also holds Grade B qualifications in environmental engineering (air pollution prevention and control), municipal engineering (drainage engineering), architectural engineering, and chemical pharmaceutical engineering (chemical API). In addition, CNASEC is qualified for the design of pressure vessels and pressure piping systems, and holds construction qualifications for environmental protection engineering (Grade I), mechanical and electrical engineering general contracting (Grade II), municipal public works general contracting (Grade II), and electronic and intelligent engineering (Grade II). The Company also holds an engineering consulting qualification (Grade B) and has been recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise”.
CNASEC is supported by a professional and well-structured engineering and technical team with extensive project experience. Technical and engineering personnel account for approximately 90% of the total employees, among whom over 80 are nationally registered professionals. Since its establishment, the Company has undertaken more than 1,000 projects, covering engineering design, equipment integration, construction, project management, and EPC contracting services. CNASEC has obtained 3 proprietary technologies, and nearly 80 invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights. The Company has also received multiple provincial and ministerial awards, including Excellent Engineering Project Management and EPC Project Awards, the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Science and Technology Awards of SINOMACH.
