Project Overview:
The Rural Drinking Water Supply Capacity Enhancement Project in Changshan County is an important livelihood project that adheres to the principle of “drawing up and sticking to a single blueprint,” plans for integrated urban-rural water supply development, vigorously promotes large-scale water supply coverage, maximizes the extension of urban water networks, and minimizes the retention of individual village water plants—thus aligning with the trend of integrated urban-rural development. The project includes the upgrading and renovation of four water plants (the second-phase expansion of Ruoling Water Plant with a capacity of 70,000 tons/day, the second-phase project of Fangcun Water Plant, Songfan Water Plant, and the upgrade of Qianjia Drainage Plant); as well as the upgrading of 103.23 km of main rural drinking water supply pipelines and the enhancement of village-level pipelines.
