Full Project Name: Changshan County East New Area Wastewater Treatment Plant and Pipeline Network Construction Project Project Description: The Changshan County East New Area Wastewater Treatment Plant and Pipeline Network Construction Project includes a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000 tons per day, a 3-kilometer-long DN1500 sewage trunk pipeline network along the Nanmen Creek, and associated lift pump stations. It also encompasses the renovation of Meiyuan Road, a 5,486-square-meter urban branch road. The EPC contract value is 180 million yuan. The project employs a composite wastewater treatment process featuring “fine-screen grit chamber + ultra-fine screen + equalization basin + ecological reaction chain pond + high-efficiency coagulation and sedimentation basin + deep-bed denitrification filter + chemical disinfection basin.” Unlike conventional wastewater treatment plants, this project introduces landscape-oriented, eco-friendly wastewater treatment technology—the ecological reaction chain process—creating an artificial ecosystem composed of biological organisms, microorganisms, and plants. Unique floating aquatic plants with exceptional treatment capabilities are strategically placed in the upper layer of the water body, seamlessly integrating the plant site with the natural environment. Meanwhile, the project will deliver multiple benefits, including low sludge production, no transfer of pollutants, odor-free biochemical processes, guaranteed emission reductions, and comprehensive ecological coverage, ensuring that the effluent quality meets Class I A standards.
