The Chinese nation has long been renowned worldwide as the “Land of Etiquette.” Traditional Chinese culture is rich in “wisdom” on how to be a good person, how to handle matters, and how to cultivate oneself and refine one’s character. On the afternoon of April 7, 2015, the company invited Professor Xie Weijian, a graduate supervisor at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, to deliver a management lecture titled “Chinese Classical Wisdom and Personal Cultivation” for all employees.

The company is conducting a series of technical training seminars.
To enhance company employees’ understanding and mastery of general technical knowledge across various specialized fields, the company—led by the Technology Center—will organize a series of technical lectures covering topics such as environmental protection technologies for wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, natural gas liquefaction and storage processes, air separation technologies, and instrumentation and electrical control technologies. These lectures will be held twice each month. On the afternoons of November 19 and November 26, environmental engineer Jiang Lianying gave an introduction to flue gas desulfurization processes for coal-fired boilers, while instrumentation engineer Zhou Fenghua provided a detailed overview of chemical process measurement instruments. Technical personnel based in Hangzhou and newly hired employees participated in these training sessions.
