In the fourth quarter of 2024, the company sounded the rallying cry for the final sprint of the year! At this critical juncture, in order to further enhance employees’ overall quality and professional capabilities, boost their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, and rally their morale to overcome challenges and achieve victory, the company’s trade union organized a staff training program themed “Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Victory—Uniting Hearts and Setting Off Again” from October 25 to 26.
Business communication enhances skills.
To do a good job, one must first sharpen one’s tools. Focusing on enhancing employees’ professional and managerial skills, representatives from various engineering companies, the Legal & Risk Control Compliance Department, and the Operations Management Department shared specialized knowledge on topics including “Self-Operated Technology for Air Separation Units,” “New Energy Pillar—Green Hydrogen,” “Preliminary Design for the Upgrading and Connection of Wastewater Treatment Plants in the Healthy Bio-Industry Park,” “Smart Factories and Evaluation Methods,” “The New Company Law and State-Owned Enterprises,” and “Compliance Operations and Business Risk Prevention.” Through this exchange of expertise, we aim to boost professionals’ skill levels, foster mutual learning and understanding across different business units, and thereby promote integrated employee development and common progress.

To further enhance the team’s learning capacity and cohesion, promote learning-driven empowerment and the integration of learning with practice, and strengthen organizational effectiveness, the participating employees also took part in a special training session on “Building Learning-Driven Organizations.” Through this training, they gained a deeper understanding and strong alignment with the company’s core values, enabling them to seamlessly integrate corporate culture into their daily work. Together, they retraced part of the arduous journey once taken by the Advance Corps of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army, listening intently as their trainers passionately recounted the heroic deeds of the Advance Corps’ tenacious fighting spirit and the core essence of the Zhejiang-Southwest Revolutionary Spirit: “Loyalty to our mission, pursuit of truth through bold advancement, and deep roots among the people.” Each participant deeply felt the immortal brilliance and majestic spirit of the revolutionary forebears surging within their hearts, making the flame of faith burn ever brighter.
This employee quality and capability enhancement training marks another significant step in the company’s relentless pursuit of its annual goals—a practical implementation of the outcomes from the company’s broad-based, thought-provoking discussion on liberating minds.
