Project Description

Project Overview:

The ultra-low emission project for Phase II of the Mamu Thermal Power Project of Zhejiang Xin’an Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. includes deep treatment of flue gas from one newly built 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and deep treatment retrofitting of two existing 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers. Specifically, desulfurization employs the limestone/lime-gypsum process; denitrification utilizes a combined SNCR+SCR approach; and dust removal adopts a hybrid process consisting of an electrostatic bag filter coupled with a wet electrostatic precipitator. Upon completion of the project, the concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in the discharged flue gas will meet ultra-low emission standards of no more than 5 mg/Nm³, 35 mg/Nm³, and 50 mg/Nm³, respectively.
