Project Overview:
The equipment modernization and upgrade project of Henan Rufeng Coking Co., Ltd. involves the construction of a new top-charging coke oven with 2 × 55 chambers, model JNX3-70-1, featuring a chamber height of 7 meters and an average chamber width of 500 mm. The project also includes a 1 × 180 t/h dry quenching system and a standby boiler room. All flue gases will be discharged through a single chimney. This project, under the company’s EPC general contracting arrangement, was completed and put into operation in 2023, enabling Henan Rufeng Coking Co., Ltd.’s existing coke oven plant to meet ultra-low emission standards for coke oven flue gases.
