The total investment for this project amounts to 370 million yuan. The main products are etching- and cleaning-grade hydrofluoric acid and etching- and cleaning-grade BOE, which are used in semiconductor and microelectronics processing as well as in the solar photovoltaic industry. These chemicals serve to clean, etch, and thin down chips. The project employs the world’s most advanced electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid technology currently available, achieving a purity level of up to 12 nines. All key equipment is imported.
