Recently, the consortium of China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNASEC) and Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. has successfully won the bid for the EPC General Contracting Project of Cold Energy Utilization Works of Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project. As an important practice of the Company in the field of comprehensive new energy utilization, this project delivers targeted solutions to the bottlenecks restricting industrial cold energy utilization, and will continuously facilitate green and low-carbon development as well as the achievement of the "Dual Carbon" goals.

The Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project is located on Xiaomen Island, Dongtou District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a key national project for interconnecting natural gas infrastructure, a priority initiative under the Yangtze River Delta Integration Strategy, and one of Zhejiang Province’s “Ten Major Projects.” Specifically, the cold-energy utilization EPC contract awarded to a consortium of China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNASEC) and Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. covers a cold-energy air-separation unit, a waste-heat power generation system, together with associated utility and auxiliary facilities.
This project represents the first LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization project jointly undertaken by CNASEC and Zhejiang Zheneng Group. Upon completion, it will inject new impetus into industrial development and greatly boost CNASEC’s brand influence in the field of LNG cold energy utilization.
