Stories Unite Hearts, Culture Strengthens Bonds | China Air Separation Successfully Hosts Corporate Culture Storytelling Event

To further advance corporate culture development and harness the power of culture to drive high-quality growth, on September 12, China Air Separation grandly held the “Stories Unite Hearts, Culture Strengthens Unity” corporate culture storytelling event. Through authentic and vivid stories shared by frontline employees, the event vividly showcased the profound essence of China Air Separation’s corporate culture, promoting the internalization of cultural values and their externalization in daily actions, thereby rallying strong spiritual momentum for the company’s development. Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, Shen Huxiang, Deputy General Manager, and Sheng Jianbing, Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the event and presented awards to the winners. Representatives from various Party branches, sub-unions, and participating contestants also took part in the event. Yao Haifang, Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union, served as the host.
Competing on the same stage, each showcasing their own brilliance.
After preliminary selection by the various trade unions, a total of 10 teams of contestants took to the stage to compete. Using the approach of “telling stories about people around us,” they wove core values such as “striving,” “excellence,” “collaboration,” “inheritance,” “responsibility,” and “innovation” into authentic narratives. The content covered topics including digital transformation, tackling energy challenges, green and environmental protection, overseas projects, and mentor-apprentice succession—presenting from multiple angles the spirit of air separation professionals who remain true to their original aspirations and bravely embrace their mission.
The results are in—returning with honors.
After the judges’ comprehensive scoring, the competition results are now in—each participating team’s members have returned home with honors.

Leadership Speech: Guiding the Way
Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech, fully affirming the effectiveness of the event and the outstanding performances of the participants. He emphasized that culture is the soul of an enterprise, and this event has established a new platform for cultural dissemination, sparked new momentum for unity and progress, and set a new benchmark for aspiring to excellence. He put forward five key requirements for corporate culture development:
I. Uphold deep-rooted cultivation and solidify the foundation for “internalizing it in the heart.” Continue to tell the story of air separation well and solidify our ideological foundation.
II. Uphold the unity of knowledge and practice, and strive for tangible results in “externalizing knowledge into action.” Integrate cultural values into project breakthroughs, technological advancements, and customer service.
III. Uphold integrity and foster innovation, demonstrating proactive efforts to “empower development.” Cultivate new-quality productivity and open up new markets.
4. Uphold the principle of leading by exemplary models and foster an atmosphere that “honors the advanced.” Spread the power of role models and promote cultural practice.
V. Uphold the mutual promotion of content and quality, and forge the value of “brand enhancement.” Enhance brand influence and market trust.
Cultural cohesion unites us, and stories bring our hearts together. All employees and cadres of China Air Separation will take this event as a new starting point, transforming the enthusiasm they’ve ignited into concrete actions characterized by dedication to their posts, hard work, and selfless devotion. With firm cultural confidence and a vibrant spirit, we will jointly write a new chapter in the company’s development!
This event is organized by the company’s trade union and jointly hosted by the Party Committee Office (Party Publicity Department), all Party branches, and the Youth League General Branch.
