On November 7, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held its fifth centralized study session for the 2025 theoretical study group of the company’s Party Committee. The session focused on studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Volume V of “Xi Jinping: The Governance of China,” followed by a discussion and exchange. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the company’s Party Committee’s theoretical study group, senior assistants, heads of various departments, and secretaries of party branches attended the meeting.
At the meeting, members of the Party Committee’s theoretical study group focused on themes including “developing new-quality productive forces in a manner suited to local conditions,” “adhering to the right orientation in personnel selection,” “building a beautiful China,” “fully implementing the ‘Artificial Intelligence Plus’ initiative,” “persistently promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,” and “proactively planning for future industries.” They delivered keynote speeches based on their respective areas of responsibility, shared their insights and experiences, and engaged in discussions and exchanges on specific implementation measures.
The meeting concluded that, The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party is an important meeting held at a critical juncture when our country is poised to successfully accomplish the major goals and tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan, laying a solid foundation for basically achieving socialist modernization and fully stepping up efforts in this crucial period. The “Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development,” adopted at the plenary session, provides top-level design and strategic guidance for development over the next five years. It represents another comprehensive mobilization and overall deployment for seizing the momentum and continuing to advance Chinese-style modernization. All employees of the company must deeply study and thoroughly grasp the spirit of the plenary session, engage in profound reflection and careful planning, and enhance their ideological, political, and practical awareness in promoting high-quality development and serving national strategies during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
