Wang Jian and his delegation entered the Fuhai Chuang project and systematically inspected key areas on-site, including the main air compressor building, the pre-cooling and purification zone, and the switchgear and distribution substation. They engaged in in-depth discussions with members of the project team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current project progress, safety production, and quality management. They also carefully listened to the plan for advancing the project in the next phase.

Wang Jian highly praised the Fuhai Chuang project for seizing construction milestones and steadily advancing with high standards and top-quality. He fully recognized and sincerely thanked the project team for their hard work and dedication in steadfastly fighting and working together as one to drive the project forward. He expressed his hope that the project team would continue their efforts and soon bring the project to completion and into operation. He also put forward four specific requirements:

First, we must persist in tackling tough challenges and achieving the project’s construction goals. We must further elevate our perspective, firmly anchor ourselves to the project construction goals, continuously uphold the spirit of winning battles, pool our efforts to overcome difficulties, and secure a decisive victory in the project’s tough battle.

Second, we must strictly enforce safety production and firmly uphold the bottom line of safety and quality. We must consistently uphold the safety philosophy of “zero tolerance for even the slightest flaw, as one single mistake can lead to catastrophic consequences,” rigorously enforce safe production practices, and ensure that every project we undertake becomes a lasting monument.

Third, we must uphold Party building as the guiding principle and leverage the role of the “red engine.” We must deeply study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, energize the red momentum of Party building, and use high-quality Party building to guide and promote high-quality project development.

Four requirements Strengthen awareness of integrity and promote the construction of clean and honest projects. We must firmly establish an awareness of integrity in our professional conduct, uphold the bottom line of integrity, and rigorously guard against risks. Guided by the “Clean & Honest Air Separation” development philosophy, we should drive forward the construction of “Clean & Honest Projects.”
