Wang Yulong, grounded in his role as an instrumentation and control engineer, has mastered the full spectrum of core skills across the entire value chain and possesses the comprehensive capability to independently undertake project design and commissioning. He has successively participated in several key projects, including Sinopec Phase II, Nangang, and the Jinghan Pipeline Gas Storage and Peak-Shaving Station. As the company’s “Smart Solutions Expert” and a leading young innovator, he has boldly taken on the critical task of developing key modules for the localized deployment of DeepSeek, spearheading his team in building the “Gas Assistant—Gaisi” platform and injecting youthful energy into the enterprise’s digital transformation. As a core member of the “Smart Navigation” Youth Civilization Unit for the gas sector, he is deeply committed to volunteer service, rallying and guiding young talent, and helping his team secure numerous honors.

Pan Wenhao is responsible for process design, guided by the principle of “diligence, eagerness to learn, and relentless pursuit of excellence.” Rooted in frontline operations and committed to rigorous skill development, he has systematically mastered the core competencies across the entire value chain—process design, instrumentation and equipment configuration, and on-site startup and commissioning. Through dedicated practice and continuous improvement, he has built strong professional expertise and has participated in numerous key projects, including Rongtai Phase V, Jiangsu Suopu, Dalian Dingjide, liquid hydrogen design at the Hefei General Institute of Mechanical Research, and the Yuanjing Chifeng project, successfully delivering all project objectives with high efficiency and superior quality. Deeply engaged in exploring new frontiers and tapping untapped markets, he has overcome technical challenges such as cryogenic liquid hydrogen handling and high-pressure transportation, thereby providing critical support for the company’s strategic positioning in the emerging clean-energy sector.

Fu Lu, a versatile professional, has achieved outstanding results in multiple areas, including construction cost estimation, the Youth League Committee, and the trade union, thereby exemplifying the fine qualities of young people in the new era. In tackling tough challenges on projects, she meticulously breaks down and verifies thousands of itemized lists, rigorously refines and tightly controls details, and puts forward targeted design optimization recommendations, effectively managing project investment. In the company’s mass organization activities, she has adopted innovative working methods and delivered remarkable outcomes in ideological guidance, volunteer service, innovation-driven efficiency gains, and youth services.
