On May 30, Zhang Xi, Lü Weiping, and Xu Gaofeng, external directors of Sinomach Group, visited the company for an inspection and guidance. They were accompanied by Sun Miao, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Chief Legal Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of Sinomach Group; Yang Yongqing, Party Secretary and Chairman of Sumida Group, as well as Party Secretary and Chairman of China Pudong Development Bank.
Lou Jiangning, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Air Separation, warmly welcomed the group’s external directors to the company for their research and guidance. He provided a detailed introduction to China Air Separation’s development journey, business sectors, technological innovations, and production and operational status.
The delegation of external directors expressed their appreciation for China Air Separation’s achievements over the past four decades in upholding Party leadership, steadfastly adhering to principles while fostering innovation, focusing on niche markets, and driving technological progress. They also put forward specific requirements for the company’s next stage of development: First, we must strengthen strategic guidance, stay focused on our core business, seize market opportunities, innovate business models, intensify market development efforts, continuously enhance our ability to support national strategies and lead industry development, and accelerate the formation of new-quality productive forces. Second, we must reinforce technological innovation, target the green, low-carbon, and circular development track, increase investment in emerging industries, make full use of our existing technological strengths, concentrate our efforts on tackling key core technologies, continuously promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and build “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” enterprises. Third, we must deepen reforms of our institutional mechanisms, vigorously promote innovation in management systems, core technologies, and business models, strengthen talent recruitment, enhance risk prevention and control capabilities, boost internal drivers for sustainable development, and achieve both qualitative improvements and reasonable quantitative growth.
Lou Jiangning stated that China Air Separation will firmly implement all decisions and deployments of the Sinomach Group, uphold Party building as the guiding principle, continuously leverage the dual advantages of comprehensive Party leadership and modern enterprise management, constantly enhance the company’s core competitiveness, and strive to open up a new chapter of high-quality development for the company.
