Party Building Leads Development, Liberating Minds Promotes Improvement | China Air Separation Holds the Q3 2024 Party Building Work Meeting

On the afternoon of October 23, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held its regular meeting on Party building for the third quarter of 2024. The meeting summarized and shared experiences from the previous phase of work, laid out key tasks for the next phase, strengthened Party building leadership, and further promoted the deep integration of Party building with production and operations. Comrade Sheng Jianbing, member of the company’s Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the meeting. Members of various Party branch committees, “Branch Committee Plus” members, and all staff of the Party Committee Office (Party Publicity Department) attended the meeting.
Comrade He Hongying, head of the Party Committee Office (Party Committee Publicity Department), briefed on the party-building work and inspection results of each branch for the third quarter, and provided specific guidance focusing on “the integration of party building with business operations, education and training for party members, propaganda and ideological work, and the implementation of the campaign to promote emancipation of mind.” Representatives from the committees of various party branches exchanged and shared their outstanding practices and valuable experiences in party-building work during the third quarter. Jianbing Sheng presented the “Mobile Red Flag” for party-building assessment to the Gas Branch Party Committee.
Zhang Jianbing fully affirmed the outstanding achievements of Party building work in each branch during the third quarter. He expressed his hope that all branches would continue to strengthen communication and learning, draw on best practices, and strive to elevate their Party-building efforts to a new level. He also put forward four requirements for the next phase of work:
First, we must uphold political leadership and ensure the smooth completion of our annual goals and tasks. We need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, integrating it with the practical application of the outcomes from the major discussion on liberating minds. In this way, we can demonstrate new responsibilities and achievements by promoting high-quality development through high-quality Party building. We must meticulously prepare for the Party committee’s换届 (renewal) in accordance with high standards, and coordinate and advance all preparatory work in a high-quality and efficient manner.
Second, we must uphold value-driven leadership and promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations. We need to focus on high-quality development as our top priority, align ourselves with the “battle plan” for achieving victory, and comprehensively advance and implement our initiatives. We should continue to make good use of the “Party Building Plus” thematic mechanism, leveraging the exemplary roles of Party member model posts, task forces, and responsibility zones, and constantly enhancing the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and innovation capacity of our cadres and employees.
Third, we must persist in focused and concerted publicity efforts to build consensus around enterprise development. We need to stay true to our core responsibilities and main business, enhance the effectiveness of our publicity, continuously uncover outstanding achievements, and present the outcomes of key projects from all angles and in a comprehensive manner. We should innovate our publicity methods, highlight the dynamism of our outreach, refine the working mechanisms of our publicity teams, and fully explore and share inspiring stories from frontline air separation units.
Fourth, we must uphold both diligence and integrity, fostering a political environment characterized by honesty and integrity. We need to continuously consolidate and expand the achievements of Party discipline study and education, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for Party discipline study and education, and ensure that efforts to strengthen work style remain an ongoing endeavor. We must strictly implement the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Provisions and their detailed rules of implementation, and continue promoting the building of a culture of integrity, thereby providing robust disciplinary guarantees for the company’s high-quality development.
