On December 12, the Party Members’ Congress of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. All party members of the company attended the meeting, which was chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the company.
The theme of this conference is: Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party as well as the decisions made at the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee. We will mobilize all cadres and employees to remain confident, overcome difficulties, uphold integrity while fostering innovation, and relentlessly strive to build our company into a first-class, technology-driven engineering firm in China, thus writing new chapters of glory in our journey toward high-quality development!
The conference was solemnly opened with the playing of the national anthem. Comrade Lou Jiangning, representing the Third Party Committee, delivered a work report titled “Leading with the Banner, Firming Our Confidence, Overcoming Difficulties, and Striving to Build a First-Class, Technology-Driven Engineering Company in China.” The report comprehensively reviewed the work and achievements made by the Party Committee over the past several years, focusing on seven key points across three main areas: “Party building leading the way to solidify the foundation for development,” “enterprise development showcasing comprehensive strength,” and “coordinated advancement of development factors to foster synergy.” It also summarized five valuable lessons learned and put forward recommendations for the next five-year period.
Five Valuable Lessons:
First, we must uphold the Party’s leadership and firmly steer toward high-quality development.
Second, we must stick to our core responsibilities and maintain strategic composure.
Third, we must uphold innovation-driven development and stimulate enterprise vitality.
Fourth, we must uphold cultural cultivation as the cornerstone and foster intrinsic motivation.
V. We must adhere to a people-centered approach and pursue value-oriented goals.
Future Work Recommendations:
First, firmly uphold political leadership, highlight the guiding role of Party building, and forge new advantages in political safeguards.
II. Firmly advance enterprise reform, highlight innovation as the driving force, and strive to reach new heights in industry development.
III. Firmly anchor cultural values, highlight ideological appeal, and unleash new momentum for brand strength.
4. Strengthen organizational empowerment, highlight the organization’s combat effectiveness, and shape a new look for the team’s culture.
V. Firmly strengthen the enterprise through talent, highlight the growth potential of pioneers, and build new competitive advantages in human resources.
6. Firmly pursue quality improvement and upgrading, highlight management and guarantee capabilities, and strengthen the new risk prevention and control system.
7. Firmly uphold integrity and discipline, highlight the effectiveness of disciplinary oversight, and foster a new ecosystem characterized by integrity and uprightness.
The Congress reviewed the work reports of the Third Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission of China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China, as well as the report on the collection, use, and management of party membership dues. It then adopted a resolution approving the work reports of the Third Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission by voting.

The congress, in strict accordance with the "Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China," elected a new committee for the 4th term of the CPC China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd., consisting of five comrades: Xu Xianghui, Li Jijie, Zhang Xingdong, Shang Jianbing, and Lu Qi; and a new Discipline Inspection Committee for the 4th term, composed of three comrades: Shang Jianbing, He Shengcai, and Fang Zhongshuai. The election results have been submitted to the higher-level Party committee for approval.
Comrade Xu Xianghui delivered a statement on behalf of the newly elected committee members, stating that the new “Two Committees” leadership team will live up to the trust placed in them by being absolutely loyal and responsible, boldly taking action and striving relentlessly, setting an exemplary standard through practical work, and faithfully upholding integrity and honesty—thus energetically writing a new chapter of high-quality development!
Comrade Lou Jiangning delivered a guiding speech on behalf of the higher-level Party committee, congratulating the newly elected committee members and putting forward four hopes and requirements for the new “Two Committees” leadership team: Uphold deep and sustained learning, and persistently cultivate absolute loyalty; focus on strategic planning and take persistent action to lead reform and development; stay firmly committed to practical work and persistently achieve victory in overcoming difficulties; and maintain strict discipline and consistently foster a style of diligence and integrity.
After successfully concluding all agenda items, the conference came to a solemn close with the singing of the “International Anthem.”
After the conclusion of the congress, the first plenary sessions of the 4th Party Committee and the Commission for Discipline Inspection were held separately. Comrade Xu Xianghui was elected as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, Comrade Li Jijie was elected as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Comrade Shang Jianbing was elected as the Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the company.
A new starting point, a new journey! The Party Committee of the company will continue to uphold Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principle, remain true to our original aspiration, and bravely shoulder our mission. We will make overcoming difficulties and achieving victory a steadfast belief, and keep striving relentlessly toward realizing our goal of becoming a world-class technology-driven engineering company, thus creating new glories once again!
