To comprehensively and accurately study and grasp the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, on December 18, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held its sixth centralized study session for the Party Committee’s theoretical study group in 2024. The meeting was chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board.

At the meeting, members of the Party Committee’s theoretical study group carefully studied the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, engaged in in-depth discussions on next year’s key tasks, and reaffirmed their confidence while emphasizing action above all else. They offered valuable suggestions and advice to help the company take a new step toward high-quality development.
Xu Xianghui delivered a keynote speech. He emphasized that the company has elected a new leadership team for the “Two Committees,” and it is crucial to get off to a good start, set a strong foundation, and make well-planned arrangements. We must thoroughly implement the Party Central Committee’s analysis and judgment of the economic situation as well as its strategic decisions and deployments for economic work. We should scientifically plan next year’s key tasks, ensure the successful implementation of the goals and tasks outlined in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and at the same time lay a solid foundation for a smooth start to the company’s 15th Five-Year Plan.

Regarding the working ideas and measures for the next phase, Xu Xianghui put forward opinions in four areas:
First, we must deeply understand the spirit of the meeting and firmly maintain confidence in our development. We must not only squarely face the various difficulties and challenges we are currently encountering, but also deeply grasp the 24-character guideline—“seek progress amid stability, use progress to bolster stability, uphold integrity while fostering innovation, establish first before dismantling, integrate systems, and promote coordinated collaboration”—firmly maintain our confidence in development, strengthen our internal strength for growth, turn our development achievements into tangible results, and ensure that the company’s development consistently stays on the track of high-quality growth.
Second, we must recognize the current situation and seize development opportunities. Develop top-level design with a keen focus on national strategic needs, while also staying attuned to market trends and acting accordingly. Strengthen market development efforts, extend business reach in all directions, and elevate the overall operational level. Seize policy opportunities, capitalize on policy benefits, and leverage technological innovation as a driving force for growth, strategically positioning ourselves in emerging industries.
Third, we must focus on key tasks and promote high-quality development. Strengthen the planning and implementation of all year-end tasks, strike a balance between development and security, and adopt visualized management to tackle challenges head-on. Do a good job in annual assessments, evaluations, and other related tasks, reinforce positive incentives, and muster up enthusiasm to sprint toward the completion of this year’s objectives.
Fourth, we must strengthen Party building leadership and enhance the development of the leading team. Strengthen the building of the leadership team, uphold unity and concerted efforts, and continuously strive for the company’s development. Deepen internal collaboration to achieve synergistic effects where "1+1+1+1 > 4." Continuously promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, actively publicize the exemplary stories of outstanding employees, and unleash the productive power of Party building.
