Recently, we received joyful news from the China National Machinery Industry Federation: the Chinese Air Separation’s “Large-Scale Cryogenic Intelligent Storage Equipment System” project has won the Silver Award in the 3rd National Machinery Industry Product Quality Innovation Competition—the “Hangyang Cup.” This achievement marks the company’s leading position in the field of cryogenic storage technology. The system not only represents the development trend toward intelligent and green, low-carbon equipment but also brings technological innovation and transformation to the deep-cold liquid storage industry.

It is reported that the China National Machinery Industry Federation launched this competition in July of this year, and the entire industry responded enthusiastically. After several rounds of rigorous evaluation, the company successfully won the award thanks to its deep-rooted expertise and innovative capabilities in the field of large-scale, low-temperature, intelligent warehousing. This achievement fully highlights China Air Separation’s innovative breakthroughs in low-temperature storage technology. Introduction to the Award-Winning Project: "Large-Scale Low-Temperature Intelligent Warehousing Equipment System"

The system centers around a fully contained tank, specifically designed for storing cryogenic liquids such as ethylene and liquid ammonia. It can operate reliably at extremely low temperatures ranging from -160°C to -200°C. Through innovative research and development, China Air Separation has successfully reduced energy loss by 30% and improved cryogenic storage efficiency by combining the fully contained tank with specialized materials. The tank has undergone rigorous testing for impact resistance, tensile strength, and pressure tolerance, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and cold-temperature performance even under extreme conditions, thereby guaranteeing long-term stable operation of the equipment.
