Recently, after more than eight months of intensive effort, another smart project undertaken by China Air Separation— the “Jinhua Health Bio-Industry Park Multi-Level Prevention and Control System Construction Project for Sudden Water Pollution Incidents”—has successfully passed acceptance testing.

China Air Separation closely integrated its efforts with the actual project requirements and, leveraging its extensive experience in areas such as the construction of smart integrated platforms for safety and environmental protection in high-speed rail new districts and smart parks, meticulously planned and implemented a series of construction tasks based on the multi-level prevention and control requirements for sudden water pollution incidents in chemical industrial parks in Zhejiang Province. These tasks cover a wide range of aspects, including the development and implementation of information systems, installation of switching wells and electric gate equipment, deployment of digital hardware and sensors, as well as the construction of supporting cable networks and emergency supply warehouses.

This project’s system aims to comprehensively enhance the water pollution management and assurance framework. Through upgrading and retrofitting efforts, it significantly strengthens the park’s multi-level prevention and control capabilities for sudden water pollution incidents. Not only does it meet the development zone’s requirements for the construction of chemical parks, but it also efficiently fulfills the higher authorities’ demands for information integration, achieving seamless connectivity with the existing comprehensive management platform for the chemical park. This ensures robust technical openness, maturity, scalability, and stability. This groundbreaking design not only guarantees the system’s efficient operation but also provides a solid technological foundation for the park’s smart management.

It is worth noting that in the finals of the 5G Evolution Technology Special Competition within the 7th “Bloom Cup” 5G Application Solicitation Contest, this project won the Third Prize, fully demonstrating the company’s strength in the integrated application of smart environmental protection and digital technologies. By uniformly promoting the standardization of management systems, the project enables real-time monitoring of water pollution, traceability-based pollution management, and collaborative governance, thereby enhancing the park’s risk control capabilities and improving the quality of services provided by enterprises. It also offers comprehensive safeguards for multi-level prevention and control of sudden water pollution incidents in the park.
