On the afternoon of April 15, China Air Separation held a special training session for discipline inspection officials on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation, as well as a meeting of the Coordination Group for Party Conduct and Integrity Building and Anti-Corruption Efforts. Member of the company’s Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Sheng Jianbing, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting pointed out that this special training session and coordination group meeting are important measures taken by the Party Committee of the company to consolidate and deepen the achievements of thematic education and Party discipline learning, implement the primary responsibility for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance, and create a clean and upright political environment conducive to the company’s steady development.
The meeting emphasized that supervision is the primary responsibility of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and even more so, a shared responsibility of all Party members and cadres. All Party members and cadres... We must raise our political awareness and deeply grasp the current situation and tasks. Fully recognize the profound significance of the spirit behind the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations, always take “the Two Upholds” as the fundamental principle, and persistently uphold a strict tone, stringent measures, and a rigorous atmosphere over the long term. We must strengthen our sense of responsibility and commitment, and push for the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to advance in greater depth. Solidly advance the company’s key tasks in building a clean and honest Party conduct, focusing on the “key few,” and strengthen supervision over all cadres, especially the “top leaders.” Make good use of systems such as integrity files and talk-and-remind mechanisms. Deepen targeted special rectifications, proactively identify and address risks associated with key projects and engineering companies, enhance self-inspection and self-correction efforts, and establish a closed-loop mechanism encompassing “supervision—rectification—accountability.” We must adhere to addressing both the symptoms and root causes, and promote the “three no’s” in a coordinated manner. Use cases to drive reform, delve deeply into the root causes of problems, and address systemic loopholes; use cases to promote governance by integrating integrity risk prevention and control into business processes, particularly in high-risk areas such as engineering construction, bidding, and procurement; and cultivate integrity through culture by launching “Clean Breeze China Air Separation” integrity education initiatives, thereby fostering an atmosphere that values integrity and moral uprightness.
The meeting requested that, Newly appointed Party conduct supervisors and integrity supervisors for engineering projects should proactively fulfill their duties. All departments should work together in coordinated fashion to safeguard the company’s high-quality development with strict discipline!
The meeting conveyed the spirit of relevant meetings held by the Party Central Committee and the China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), including the guidelines on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation, the provincial-level conference on Party conduct and integrity building and anti-corruption efforts in state-owned enterprises, as well as the deployment and promotion meeting for deepening the study and implementation of the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation. It also conveyed the spirit of the SINOMACH’s “Year of Standardizing, Legalizing, and Regularizing Discipline Inspection and Supervision Work” mobilization and deployment meeting. Members of the company’s Coordination Group for Party Conduct and Integrity Building and Anti-Corruption Work engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on issues recently identified in areas such as integrity risk prevention and daily supervision and inspection, and deliberated on and planned key tasks for the next phase.
Members of the company’s Discipline Inspection Commission, discipline inspection committee members from various Party branches, and members of the company’s Coordination Group for Building Integrity and Combating Corruption attended the meeting.
