Embrace AI, and Smartly Usher in the Future! To keep pace with the nation’s digital transformation and drive the enhancement of service management and business development through artificial intelligence, on April 8, the company’s Party Committee successfully held the training and sharing session “Stepping into the Age of Artificial Intelligence—Exploring the World of AI and the Domestic Large Model DeepSeek” at the company’s conference center.
This training session marks the first in a series of company-wide, centralized AI training sessions. We have specially invited Chen Zhiqiang—a senior AI trainer, an expert listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a senior engineer from Zhejiang Province—to serve as the keynote speaker. Nearly a hundred participants, including Party members, Youth League members, Party affairs officials, and key business personnel from various Party branches, attended the session and embarked together on an exciting journey of exploration into AI technology. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, along with other leaders—including Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Shang Jianbing—were also present at the event.
Focusing on AI technology to empower enterprise development.
With his wealth of practical experience and profound theoretical foundation, Teacher Chen Zhiqiang delivered an engaging and accessible feast of AI technology to the participants. The training centered on DeepSeek, a domestically developed large-scale model, and focused on both the fundamental theories and practical applications of artificial intelligence. The course covered a wide range of topics, including the historical development of AI, DeepSeek’s core strengths and scenario-specific applications, conversing with machines, intelligent PPT generation and digital human experiences, data processing, intelligent agent development, and full-process project management. Through hands-on practice sessions, the training provided participants with a comprehensive learning experience—from introductory concepts to real-world application—empowering enterprises through the practical application of AI technologies.
The on-site interaction was enthusiastic, and the participants gained a lot.
The training session was lively and engaging, with participants actively taking part in hands-on tasks. In various tasks—including “designing enterprise scenario prompts, intelligently generating PPTs, and performing data analysis and processing”—participants experienced firsthand the powerful capabilities of AI technology by inputting topics, generating outlines, and refining content. They deeply appreciated how AI technology empowers their work. Participants unanimously praised Teacher Chen’s explanations as clear and easy to understand, noting that even those with zero prior experience could quickly get the hang of it. Through this training, participants not only mastered the use of AI tools but also developed a strong awareness of using AI thinking to tackle real-world problems.

Xu Xianghui, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, delivered a concluding speech. He pointed out that this training marked the first time that all company cadres and employees had undergone concentrated AI learning and training. In this new era, characterized by a surging digital wave, we must actively embrace AI technology and cultivate a mindset that leverages AI to solve problems. He emphasized the importance of proactively exploring and applying AI technologies, cherishing the opportunities and platforms for AI learning and training, becoming proficient in using AI tools, and integrating learning with practical application. By combining AI innovation with our work, we can empower our operations and drive business improvements, thus contributing to writing a new chapter of high-quality development for our company.
