On April 1, Zhang Haibo, Deputy Secretary of the Jining Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Jining City in Shandong Province, along with his delegation, visited China Air Separation. They held a symposium and exchange meeting centered on the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park project, which China Air Separation and Jining City in Shandong Province are jointly promoting. Lou Jiangning, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Pudong Development Bank, Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Air Separation, and Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, warmly welcomed Zhang Haibo and his delegation.
During the symposium, Lu Qi, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Engineer of China Air Separation, provided a detailed introduction to the overall positioning and functional advantages of the future industrial park. He focused on the park’s location in Zoucheng, the ongoing planning and development of the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park, as well as the China Air Separation project team and the project’s key milestones. Wang Jianwen, Deputy Secretary of the Zoucheng Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, shared information on the park’s investment attraction efforts and the progress of procedures for companies wishing to move in. Zhang Dong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jining Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, highly praised the industrial park’s innovative S2B2C integrated empowerment model. Both sides also discussed other relevant matters related to the advancement of the industrial park.
Zhang Haibo expressed full recognition of the achievements made by China Air Separation in its core business areas, as well as its extensive experience in engineering general contracting and its strong technical expertise. He also highly praised the innovative development and efficient resource integration advantages of the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park, and provided a comprehensive overview of Jining City’s industrial strengths and favorable investment environment. He stated that the Jining municipal government is fully confident in the industrial park project and will work closely with China Air Separation to vigorously promote its implementation, thereby helping Jining City accelerate its efforts to become a leading zone for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.
Lou Jiangning reviewed the progress made since the signing of the cooperation agreement between China Air Separation and the Jining Municipal Government on the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park project. He expressed appreciation for the efforts of both sides in overcoming challenges and difficulties, and in driving the project toward positive development. He also expressed hope that both sides will further deepen their cooperation and exchange, actively communicate and negotiate on all subsequent aspects of the project, and fully cooperate to ensure its timely completion and early commissioning.
Xu Xianghui expressed sincere gratitude to the governments of Jining City and Zoucheng City for their full trust in China Air Separation, as well as for the coordinated support and full cooperation provided by various government departments throughout the advancement of the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park project. He stated that China Air Separation will continue to actively implement the nation’s “Dual Carbon” strategy and promote low-carbon, green development. Through the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park project, China Air Separation will join forces with the governments of Jining City and Zoucheng City, leveraging their respective strengths, strengthening public-private partnerships, and jointly writing a new chapter of high-quality development.
