Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party was held, the Party Committee of China Air Separation has, under the strong leadership of its higher-level Party committee, taken studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee as a major political task for the present and the period ahead, demonstrating a high degree of political awareness and a strong sense of mission and responsibility. 1. Play the “theme song” of theoretical study.
The company's Party committee is carrying out... “Gather Wisdom, Seek Strategies for Development, and Jointly Draw a New Blueprint for the 15th Five-Year Plan” A study and discussion activity to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. Through focused (expanded) study sessions organized by the company’s Party Committee’s theoretical study group, the “Three Meetings and One Class” system, and themed Party Day activities, we will conduct specialized study of the spirit of the Plenary Session. We will firmly anchor ourselves to our goals and aspirations. Taking “four modernizations”—intelligentization, greening, technological advancement, and integration—as the key drivers. We launched a special learning series called “Daily Cloud Classroom—Must-Reach by Afternoon,” with a total of 20 episodes published to date.
The Party Committee of the company has continuously developed learning platforms such as “Policy Compass,” “Wall of Xi Jinping’s Golden Quotes,” “Industry Wisdom Tree,” “Zhejiang Achievements Database,” and “Air Separation Exchange Forum,” thereby enabling all Party members, cadres, and employees to grasp the country’s policy orientation, follow the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, gain insight into industry development trends, draw on outstanding wisdom and achievements, exchange and share learning experiences, strengthen their theoretical foundation, and clarify their direction for striving forward.

Based on preliminary research and feedback gathered, the company held a meeting to share the findings of its research. Members of the company’s leadership team and heads of various business departments engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on the research results, formulating ideas and measures to address identified issues and boost overall work progress. By leveraging the practical effectiveness of two lists—“Issues + Recommendations”—the company is advancing the preparation of the “15th Five-Year Plan” and charting a strategic roadmap for high-quality, sustainable development during the company’s “15th Five-Year” period.
