The Party Committee of CNASEC held the 2025 Annual Performance Review Meeting for Grassroots Party Branch Secretaries on Party Building Work.

On the morning of January 19, the Party Committee of the company held the 2025 annual performance review and evaluation meeting for grassroots Party branch secretaries on Party building. Members of the company’s leadership team, heads of relevant Party committee functional departments, secretaries of all grassroots Party branches, and representatives of Party members and the general public attended the meeting.
This meeting serves as an important platform for implementing the responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and for assessing the effectiveness of grassroots Party building. It is also a key initiative to promote the deep integration of Party building with business operations and enhance the combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the company’s Party Committee.
At the meeting, the five branch secretaries of the company delivered on-site reports focusing on four key areas: strengthening theoretical education, enhancing organizational effectiveness, reinforcing the building of the Party member team, identifying and addressing problems, and ensuring the effective implementation of rectification efforts.
Xu Xianghui, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, provided detailed comments on the work reports submitted by the secretaries of each Party branch. He fully affirmed the achievements made by all Party branches in their Party-building efforts for 2025, while also pointing out existing shortcomings and offering constructive opinions and suggestions. He noted that over the past year, each Party branch had thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, earnestly carried out study and education on the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, diligently studied and implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, conducted in-depth study and discussion on the “14th Five-Year Plan,” further explored effective measures for the deep integration of Party building and business operations, and continuously promoted the role of the “two banners.” As a result, Party-building work has consistently achieved new progress and new results. Xu Xianghui put forward five hopes and requirements for doing a good job in Party-building work in 2026:
First, we must uphold political leadership and courageously shoulder the mission of this new journey. We must place political development at the forefront of all our work and continuously enhance our political discernment, political comprehension, and political execution capabilities. We should deepen our theoretical education and promote the thorough and practical study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. We must transform the outcomes of our study into a strong political consciousness and solid capabilities that enable the company to seize new opportunities, meet new challenges, and achieve new breakthroughs.
Second, we must uphold the principle of strengthening the foundation and solidifying the base to build a robust fighting fortress. We will closely align with the higher demands placed on the competence and quality of our Party member contingent in the new era of corporate development, deepen the standardization and regularization of Party branch construction, and explore new approaches and pathways for Party building that are geared toward the future. We will continue to strengthen the development of learning-oriented Party organizations, enhance the professional capabilities of our Party member contingent, and ensure that Party branches become a solid force driving the company’s steady and rapid development.
Third, we must uphold integration and enhancement to forge a red, battle-ready team. We must firmly embrace the company’s new mission for the 15th Five-Year Plan, closely adhere to the overarching principle of “integrating into the core and driving development,” and promote the deep integration of Party building work with production and operations. We need to leverage the “leading goose” role, cultivating a high-quality, red, battle-ready force that can “break through obstacles, stand firm under pressure, and emerge victorious,” thereby injecting even stronger momentum into the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.
Fourth, we must uphold strict governance and discipline to foster a clean and upright political environment. We will remain steadfast in maintaining a rigorous tone, continuously strengthen the building of a culture of integrity, and step up efforts to prevent and control integrity risks, particularly those that may emerge in response to new challenges. We will persistently implement the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations, using “integrity-focused Party branches” to drive the development of a “clean and upright air separation division,” thereby creating a politically clean and upright environment that enables the company to meet new challenges and achieve new goals.
Fifth, we must remain committed to rallying hearts and pooling efforts to create synergy for high-quality development. We should leverage our role as a bridge and link, focusing on uniting and mobilizing strength in key areas and critical links. We should highlight and publicize exemplary deeds, inspiring Party members and the broader masses to achieve outstanding accomplishments. We must uphold Party building that drives trade union and Youth League building, and address the practical difficulties faced by Party members and the masses with sincerity and care, thereby solidifying the foundation for united struggle.
Xu Xianghui emphasized that all Party branches must earnestly raise their political awareness, adopt a sense of ownership and proactive leadership, and foster a collective spirit of vigorous advancement. They should fully leverage the role of Party branches as fighting fortresses, strive vigorously during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and embark on a new journey with renewed vigor. All efforts should be directed toward taking the company’s Party building work to a new level, providing strong ideological and organizational guarantees for achieving all annual targets and tasks, and using high-quality Party building to drive the company’s high-quality and sustainable development!
