Uniting as One to Pursue Development; Pooling Wisdom through United Front Work to Shape the Future

To review the past, build consensus, plan for the future, and jointly pursue development, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held a United Front Work Conference on the afternoon of January 19, with the theme “Unite as One to Pursue Development, Pool Wisdom through United Front Work to Create the Future—Love the Enterprise, Offer Sound Proposals, and Make Contributions.” Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, and Zhou Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the meeting. Representatives of the united front and relevant personnel from the Party Committee’s functional departments also took part.
This meeting is being held at a pivotal moment—the successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the commencement of the 15th Five-Year Plan—with the aim of enabling every member of the United Front to contribute their talents and capabilities within the company family, fostering unity and collaboration, and advancing together. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

The participants first jointly studied the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, which sparked reflection on the company’s new development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
Representatives of United Front work targets from various engineering companies delivered “three-one” thematic presentations—focusing on “one takeaway, one insight, and one suggestion”—and shared their valuable experiences and insights gained in their work.

Chen Zhihu of the Gas Engineering Company states that the 15th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical five-year window for the company to drive industrial upgrading through technological advancement. With a focus on breakthroughs in specialized technologies for air separation electrical systems, the company will establish robust electrical technology support for core equipment, thereby laying a solid foundation for high-quality, sustainable development.
Zhao Fanghua of the Energy Engineering Company has achieved significant milestones in the company’s development journey: market expansion has reached cutting-edge industries, training initiatives have further enhanced collaborative efficiency, high-quality delivery has earned customer trust, and the brand’s reputation continues to grow, thereby highlighting its value.
Miao Di of the Environmental Engineering Company emphasizes that, in the face of new challenges, it is essential to break free from conventional thinking, proactively plan ahead, engage early in projects, and deeply cultivate target markets. Furthermore, companies should leverage team collaboration to accurately capture project information, make data-driven decisions, and thereby enhance project execution efficiency.
Zhai Qingtao of the Chemical Engineering Company emphasizes that, in the face of challenges, we must remain steadfast in our confidence, enhance our overall capabilities, and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement. We must intensify our learning to keep pace with the times, strengthen our service orientation, and excel in communication, service delivery, management, and multi-party collaboration at every stage.
During the meeting, a symposium was held on the theme of “Love the Enterprise, Offer Good Suggestions, and Make Contributions.” Participants from the United Front community put forward sincere and earnest opinions and suggestions on such topics as market development, technological breakthroughs, reform and development, and management innovation.

After carefully listening to the remarks of all attendees, Xu Xianghui, on behalf of the company’s Party Committee, expressed gratitude for everyone’s constructive suggestions and proposals. He commended the company’s united front work from three perspectives—“using ideological guidance to build consensus, leveraging constructive input to demonstrate value, and stepping up to meet challenges and overcome difficulties to showcase responsibility”—and emphasized that the achievements in development would have been impossible without the hard work and dedication of all members of the united front. He then put forward three hopes and requirements:
First, we will strengthen ideological guidance and build consensus to unite people’s hearts. We will steadfastly use the Party’s innovative theories to arm our minds, guide members of the United Front to gain a deep understanding of the company’s strategic objectives, and closely align their personal growth with the development of the branch office. We will further refine the mechanism for regular communication, promptly address concerns, and ensure that the company becomes a trusted “warm home” for all.
Second, we must serve the overall national agenda and demonstrate our capabilities in supporting development. We will focus on innovation-driven development and encourage members of the United Front to participate in tackling core technological challenges. We will deepen reform and overcome tough obstacles by supporting United Front members in offering candid advice and sound policy proposals to break through reform impasses. We will also fulfill our social responsibilities by guiding United Front members to take proactive steps in areas such as volunteer service.
Third, we must uphold unity and struggle, forging synergy through collaborative progress. We will draw a “circle of shared aspirations” and harness the power of the broad united front to consolidate strength. We will build a “bridge of hearts” by paying close attention to and providing support for the development of our united-front constituents. And we will sing the “song of struggle,” applying the “nailing-down spirit” to ensure rigorous implementation, so that together we can translate the company’s plans into concrete, tangible results.
The meeting called for deepening, refining, and solidifying united front work in the new stage, upholding broad unity and solidarity, staying true to fundamentals while innovating with the times, strengthening ideological and political guidance, building broad consensus and joint efforts, and collectively contributing to the company’s launch of a new chapter in its development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
