The Party Committee of CNASEC Holds a Study Session for the Party Committee’s Central Group and Pre-Session Intensive Study for the Democratic Life Meeting

On January 26, China Air Separation held its first 2026 Party Committee Central Group Study Session and a pre-meeting study and discussion for the Democratic Life Meeting. The session was chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, with members of the company’s leadership team in attendance and contributing remarks.
The meeting focused on studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the spirit of the democratic life meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, his important speech during the 21st collective study session of the 20th CPC Central Politburo, and his important instructions on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Conduct. It also studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the work of central enterprises, his important expositions on advancing reform with determination, and the “Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development,” among other documents, thereby further aligning thinking and deepening understanding and laying a solid ideological foundation for conducting the democratic life meeting effectively.
The meeting concluded that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the democratic life meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee was deeply heartfelt and profoundly thought-provoking, exhibiting strong political relevance, ideological depth, targeted focus, and guiding significance. It not only charted the fundamental course for the entire Party to comprehensively strengthen its style of work and deepen the exercise of full and rigorous self-governance on the new journey, but also put forward the specific requirements of “firm conviction, pragmatism, a sense of responsibility, and self-discipline,” thereby setting a benchmark for the entire Party in such areas as ideals and convictions, work style, sense of responsibility, and integrity and self-discipline.
The meeting emphasized the need to deeply understand the political requirements, profound principles, and working methods embedded in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech; to closely benchmark against the democratic life conference of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee; to meticulously carry out preparatory work such as heart-to-heart talks and soliciting opinions; to conduct thorough self-examination and identify problems; to rigorously analyze their root causes; and to engage in earnest criticism and self-criticism, so as to ensure that the democratic life conference is both incisive and effective and delivers high-quality results.
The meeting emphasized the need to consciously align our thinking and actions with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, closely integrate the identification of problems during democratic life meetings with the advancement of the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and ensure a strong start and solid foundation for all work in the new year.
First, we will strengthen political leadership and consolidate our ideological foundation. This will ensure that the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee are effectively implemented and take root, and that the company’s development consistently stays on the right track and progresses steadily and sustainably.
Second, we will focus on our core responsibilities and primary business, boldly assume our strategic mission, enhance the company’s core competitiveness and strengthen its core functions through effective rectification, and vigorously advance the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.
Third, we must remain problem-oriented and deepen self-revolution. We will ensure that corrective measures are concrete and feasible, and that the outcomes of these efforts are verifiable and assessable, thereby leveraging a spirit of thorough self-revolution to enhance the quality and efficiency of all our work.
Fourth, we must carry forward the spirit of struggle and rigorously oversee the implementation of corrective measures. We must remain steadfast in upholding sound work style, unremittingly implement the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Conduct and its detailed rules for implementation, and foster a political environment characterized by integrity and impartiality.
