On May 14, Wang Xiaohu, Director of the Strategic Development Department of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), and his delegation visited China Air Separation Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct a research and guidance visit. Liu Xiaohu, Director of the Group’s Second Supervisory Office and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sumeda, along with Ke Changsong, Deputy Director of the Strategic Development Department, and other relevant leaders and staff, accompanied the delegation on the visit. Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Director of Sumeda, chaired the research meeting. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, presented a work report. Members of the company’s leadership team and senior assistant-level executives also attended the visit.

At the research meeting, Xu Xianghui gave a comprehensive report on the company’s development journey, business areas, scientific and technological R&D and smart applications, the achievement of key operating indicators, the status of newly signed major projects, as well as the company’s future development direction and strategic planning considerations.
After listening to the briefing, the participants engaged in an in-depth exchange on China Air Separation’s production, operations, and future development.

At the meeting, Wang Jian briefed on the progress of the restructuring between Blue Science & Technology and China Air Separation.
Wang Xiaohu introduced the Group’s work related to the “15th Five-Year Plan,” fully affirming the achievements China Air Separation has made over the past four decades by adhering to integrity and innovation, driving strategic transformation, focusing on niche markets, and promoting business development. He emphasized that, centered on the enterprise’s high-quality development, we must earnestly wrap up the “14th Five-Year Plan,” thoroughly implement the Group’s deployment requirements, scientifically plan the “15th Five-Year Plan,” and continuously consolidate our positive momentum in operations and development. Regarding China Air Separation’s next stage of development, Wang Xiaohu put forward four key requirements:
First, we must maintain strategic composure and enhance our core competitiveness. We must stay true to our core responsibilities and business focus, firmly adhere to our development strategy, and persist in the dual-drive approach of “technology + scenarios.” We should continue to strengthen our competitive edge in niche markets, promote market expansion, drive digital and intelligent transformation, enhance operational capabilities, bolster our core functions, and improve our overall competitiveness.
Second, we must strengthen internal collaboration and drive development, transformation, and innovation. Actively cooperate and fully promote the corporate restructuring within the group, seize development opportunities, strengthen internal collaboration, drive resource integration, explore and innovate business models, broaden paths for reform and development, and support the company’s transformation and upgrading.
Third, we must promote value creation and enhance risk prevention and control capabilities. We must pay close attention to the healthy development of enterprises, explore, refine, and optimize business models, drive value creation, enhance profitability, maintain a healthy and stable cash flow, guard against operational risks, and ensure the steady operation of enterprises.
Fourth, we must uphold Party building as the guiding principle and support enterprises in their production and operations. We must continue to leverage the leading role of Party building, promote the deep integration of Party building with enterprise production and operations, and effectively translate the outcomes of in-depth study and education on the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations into tangible achievements for the company’s high-quality development.
