Signing! The EPC general contracting project for the 30,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene tank facility undertaken by China Air Separation for Jiangsu Suopu New Materials Technology marks the beginning of a new chapter.

Recently, China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”) and Jiangsu Supu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Supu”) successfully signed a contract, marking the launch of a new chapter of win-win cooperation in their joint venture for the integrated ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) project—a turnkey engineering project (EPC) involving a 30,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene tank. In advancing the project and implementing the national strategy for the development of the new materials industry, the two parties are taking a fresh step forward together. This project includes a 30,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene double-metal fully contained storage tank, along with its associated BOG system, refrigeration system, gasification and export system, and related process equipment. Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.
At the ceremony, Dai Songtao, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Sopu Group, first extended a warm welcome to China Air Separation and expressed his heartfelt congratulations on the signing of this agreement. He highly praised China Air Separation’s professionalism, technological expertise, and remarkable achievements in the field of cryogenic storage, and expressed his firm belief that China Air Separation will surely successfully complete this EPC project.
In his speech, Li Jijie expressed sincere gratitude for the trust placed in Jiangsu Sop by China Air Separation. He stated that China Air Separation will fully leverage its strengths in engineering general contracting experience and specialized technical expertise to deliver value-creating services to the client. The project team of China Air Separation is currently carrying out all tasks with great intensity and urgency, and will advance the project construction with high standards, high quality, and stringent requirements. Through the joint efforts of both parties, we will ensure the project is completed at an early date and set a new benchmark for exemplary, high-quality projects.
Following the signing ceremony, a project kickoff meeting was held. Jiangsu Sopu, China Air Separation, and Donghua Technology engaged in a technical exchange and jointly explored ways to advance the project’s progress.
Hu Zhongjie, head of the Energy Engineering Company and chief project manager, Zhang Chunfang, deputy general manager of the Energy Engineering Company and chief technical officer, along with relevant project personnel, attended the signing ceremony. Representatives from Jiangsu Sop and Donghua Technology also participated in the ceremony.
