On May 26, the company’s Youth League General Branch held a general meeting for all League members, themed “Carrying Forward the Torch of the May Fourth Movement, Embracing Youthful Responsibility and Achieving Great Success.” The meeting strengthened the ideological foundation through theoretical study and highlighted the role of young people through practical actions, fully showcasing the spirit of Chinese air separation unit youth—boldly striving forward and strictly adhering to discipline. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Advanced Recognition and Award Ceremony
The conference first honored individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in 2025, inspiring all young people to take these role models as their guide and bravely forge ahead on the journey of the new era, writing a chapter of struggle worthy of their youthful years. Youth Proposal from the Secretary of the Youth League Branch
Lu Yijun, Secretary of the Youth League General Branch, offered earnest advice to young League members: We must uphold the correct political direction and be ambitious young people of the new era. We must recognize that to forge iron, one must first be strong oneself, and continuously enhance our own qualities and capabilities. We should deeply study and thoroughly grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on strengthening the Party’s work style, and let the vibrant spirit of youth shine through in the company’s development.
Implement the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation.
Fu Lu, a member of the Youth League Committee, delivered a thematic League lesson titled “Putting into Practice the Spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation and Demonstrating Young People’s Sense of Responsibility” to all League members. She called on all League members to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation and, with a solid work ethic, deliver outstanding achievements as young people in the new era of air separation.
Recommendation for Party Membership
To further strengthen the Party’s ideological guidance for young people and to inject fresh vitality into Party organizations, the conference conducted a recommendation process for new Party members. The two applicants shared their motivations for joining the Party, covering aspects such as their understanding of the Party, their ideological perspectives, and their work experiences. Additionally, the two recommenders provided introductions and recommendations for the applicants.
Disbandment Ceremony
The congress held a farewell ceremony for 11 members who had exceeded the age limit. Representative Ai Bing stated that, as young people of the new era, they would carry forward the responsibilities and commitments entrusted to them by the Communist Youth League, shine brightly on an even broader stage, and make struggle their enduring and ever-lasting foundation.
Secretary of the Party Committee’s Message of Encouragement to Youth
Focusing on the growth of young people and the development of enterprises, Xu Xianghui offered three pieces of advice to all League members: First, “Set lofty aspirations and harbor a pure heart,” anchoring your path of struggle with firm faith; second, “Build dreams with meticulous craftsmanship and embrace a spirit of innovation,” integrating excellence and breakthrough innovation into your daily work; third, “Cultivate a virtue of dedication and set a trend for the times,” demonstrating the sense of responsibility of young people by serving development and giving back to society.
