The Party Committee of China Air Separation held its fourth centralized (expanded) study session for the Party Committee’s theoretical study group in 2025.

To deeply study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on work safety, strengthen the safety defense line, reinforce style of work, and guide Party members to bravely shoulder their missions, take the lead, overcome difficulties, and achieve victory, on June 16, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held its fourth centralized (expanded) study session for the Party Committee’s theoretical study group in 2025. The meeting was chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, and attended by members of the Company’s Party Committee’s theoretical study group as well as safety management personnel.
Zhang Xingdong, a member of the company’s Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, conveyed and led the study of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on work safety, stressing the need to remain constantly vigilant about work safety, firmly enforce departmental regulatory responsibilities, and effectively balance high-quality development with high-level safety.
Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Shang Jianbing, led the study of “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Statements on Strengthening Party Style Construction” and reported on the inspection results related to the “Four Winds and Eight Regulations.” He also conducted warning education, emphasizing the need to attach great importance to implementing the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Provisions, thoroughly addressing the “Four Winds” with unwavering rigor, and promoting genuine and effective rectification of existing problems with a determination to cut deep and adopt a serious, no-nonsense attitude.
To fully unleash the “red productive forces” and transform Party-building initiatives into effective measures that bolster the company’s core business, a flag-awarding ceremony for the Party member assault teams was held at the meeting. Xu Xianghui presented the flags to representatives of the assault teams. This year, there are a total of 15 Party member assault teams, covering major project construction, the development of key markets, breakthroughs in critical technologies, and improvements in functional management—each playing a vital role in steering the company’s growth and charging ahead with determination.
Xu Xianghui emphasized that we must unswervingly fortify our safety defenses. Taking the in-depth implementation of the “Safety Production Month” campaign as an opportunity, we should build a comprehensive, multi-level, and three-dimensional safety assurance system to ensure stable production operations and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development. We must also vigorously strengthen work style development, carry out thorough study and education on the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations, and use an excellent work style to guide and safeguard the company’s high-quality development, effectively translating our learning outcomes into concrete actions that drive our work forward. Furthermore, he put forward three key requirements for the company’s priority tasks in the second half of the year:
First, Strategize at the global level, For the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, we will consolidate our strengths in traditional businesses, strengthen our exploration of emerging businesses, and focus on optimizing our structural composition and bolstering our growth momentum—embracing the new without discarding the old, allowing established strengths to sprout new branches.
Second, Make your move at the crucial moment, Accelerate the empowerment and efficiency enhancement through technological innovation, promote the cultivation and growth of new-quality productive forces, and continuously deepen reform and enhance qualifications, using the certainty of our own growth to meet the uncertainty of external challenges.
Third, Exert strength through collaboration, All departments and branch companies must work hand in hand, adhering to risk prevention, mechanism improvement, and vitality enhancement. Let Party members and cadres lead employees and the masses to forge ahead with determination, overcome difficulties, achieve victory after victory, and strive for new outstanding accomplishments—thus laying a solid foundation and getting off to a good start for the development of the “15th Five-Year Plan” by successfully concluding the “14th Five-Year Plan.”
