Joint On-Chain Collaboration Boosts Synergy, Achieving Breakthroughs in Project Development | China Air Separation Partners with Andefu to Launch a Joint Party Building Initiative

To deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and to actively explore new ideas and approaches for Party building in the new era, thereby using high-quality Party building to drive high-quality enterprise development, on June 18, the Party branch of China Air Separation Energy and the Party branch of Jiangsu Andefu jointly held a Party building co-construction activity. Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Air Separation, Lu Yijun, Secretary of the Energy Party Branch, He Wenge, Secretary of the Jiangsu Andefu Party Branch, and representatives of Party members from both sides attended the event. Yan Chong and Su Li from the Party and Mass Work Department of the Liuhe Economic Development Zone in Nanjing City also came to provide guidance.
During the event, the secretaries of the Party branches from both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on the status of their respective branch development, showcasing the achievements of their branches in areas such as ideological education, organizational development, social responsibility, and integration with business operations. Representatives from the vanguard teams of Party members from both sides focused on the practical needs of tackling challenges at the project frontlines, and enthusiastically discussed the progress of project construction, key points of technological innovation, and innovative practices that leverage Party building to drive business development.
The Party branch of China Air Separation Energy and the Party branch of Jiangsu Andefu signed a joint Party-building agreement on-site. The two parties agreed to collaborate under the framework of “Andefu Storage 49,000 m³.” 3 Taking the “Low-Temperature Liquid Ammonia Storage Tank Project” as a platform, we have established three key pillars for joint development: “sharing of Party-building resources, jointly overcoming project challenges, and jointly fostering development momentum,” thereby promoting both parties to drive high-quality project construction through high-quality Party building collaboration.
Zhang Xiaodong, Deputy Chief Engineer of China Air Separation and Project Leader for the Andefu Project, provided a detailed update on the project’s progress. He stated that under the EPC general contracting model, both parties have fully leveraged the leading role of Party building to overcome multiple challenges—including approval and construction procedures, material procurement, and construction coordination—and currently, both project schedule and quality control are meeting the expected targets. The “Party Building Plus” red engine has injected strong momentum into the project; the Party member pioneer team has taken the lead in tackling tough problems, ensuring the efficient advancement of the project.
Yan Chong highly praised the Party-building achievements of both sides, stating that joint Party building is an effective approach to sharing resources and complementing each other’s strengths. The Liuhe Development Zone will fully support enterprises in deepening cooperation through Party building as a bond, thereby achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
This joint initiative represents an important step for both parties to deepen cooperation and further promote the integration of Party building with project development. Moving forward, China Air Separation and Andefu will, guided by the joint construction agreement, continue to carry out activities such as joint theoretical study sessions, co-organized thematic Party Day events, and collaborative solutions to technical challenges. These efforts will further invigorate grassroots Party organizations, build high-quality “red” projects, and inject strong momentum into local economic development!
