On September 5, at the Huizhou District Chemical Industry Park in Huangshan City—the provincial-level economic development zone of Anhui Province—China Air Separation, after seven years of close collaboration and mutual progress, successfully renewed its contract for the second-phase wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance services with Shuangyi Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., adding a new chapter to the “water management story” of this land.

This renewal not only represents high recognition of China Air Separation’s professional operation and maintenance service capabilities but also serves as a testament to the win-win cooperation achieved through the joint efforts of both parties. Looking back at the beginning of our collaboration, in 2019, China Air Separation won its first bid for the EPC+O general contracting project—the second-phase design, procurement, construction, and operation of the Shuangyi Wastewater Treatment Plant in this industrial park. From engineering design and construction to long-term operations and maintenance, China Air Separation’s engagement across the entire value chain has steadily established it as a model of collaborative eco-environmental protection between a central state-owned enterprise and local authorities in the Huangshan region of Anhui Province. The transition from “first-time construction” to “renewed operations and maintenance” underscores, with each step of deepened engagement, China Air Separation’s robust technological expertise and industry-leading position in the field of chemical wastewater treatment.
