Recently, China Air Separation successfully won the bid for the Smart Energy Integrated Management (Phase II) project at Nangang Oxygen Plant, once again continuing the story of its deepened collaboration with the customer in the field of digital transformation and injecting crucial momentum into the advancement of their smart energy strategy.
Build a smart governance closed loop.
This Phase II project focuses on two key objectives for the air separation system: “reliability enhancement + intelligent transformation.” It leverages multi-dimensional technological innovations to build a closed-loop, smart management system. On one hand, by optimizing logic control algorithms and equipment interconnection mechanisms, we are developing a rapid-response backup system that ensures continuous steel production and strengthens the “safety defense line” of energy supply. On the other hand, we have completed a comprehensive upgrade of smart terminals, enabling real-time capture and precise transmission of critical parameters such as linked terminal data and energy consumption metrics, thereby laying a robust “data foundation” for intelligent system decision-making. At the same time, we have established a remote control system for air compressor stations, driving the operation and maintenance model from “on-site duty” toward a smarter approach characterized by “comprehensive sensing, intelligent control, and remote regulation,” providing core support for the construction of an intelligent air separation plant.
