On November 14, the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Air Separation held  study session on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The session focused on studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and Volume V of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China." The meeting was chaired and addressed by Sheng Jianbing, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company. Members of the company’s Discipline Inspection Commission and discipline inspection committee members from various Party branches attended the meeting.

Discipline inspection officials focused their study and shared insights based on the requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee regarding the sustained promotion of comprehensive and strict Party governance, as well as the important discussions on the Party’s self-revolution contained in Volume V of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China." They conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges centered on potential integrity risks throughout the company’s entire business chain—including general contracting, technological R&D, subcontracting procurement, project management, and production safety—as well as key functional management areas. They also addressed practical issues related to system implementation and style of work, and explored concrete measures for high-quality planning of discipline inspection work during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

The meeting held that systematic development of discipline inspection work, further enhancing the role of the comprehensive supervision system, and strengthening the professionalism and competence of discipline inspection personnel should be given high priority and earnestly implemented in the next phase of discipline inspection work.

The meeting emphasized that we must take the lead in deeply studying and thoroughly understanding the requirements, thereby solidifying our political loyalty. We must gain a profound grasp of the new demands that Chinese-style modernization places on state-owned enterprises and the industries in which our company operates. We must also deeply appreciate the strategic significance of comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance and the Party’s self-revolution. Through various forms of learning and dissemination, we must ensure that all aspects of the company’s work consistently move forward in the right direction.

We must strive for practical results in integrated supervision to provide strong support for enterprise development. We will closely integrate the implementation of the spirit of the plenary session with the company’s “15th Five-Year” plan and the advancement of key annual tasks. We will explore the establishment of a “full-process embedded” supervision system that is tailored to the company’s business characteristics, thereby achieving integrated supervision across the entire process—preemptive early warning and prevention, ongoing monitoring and oversight during execution, and post-event evaluation and improvement.

We must set high standards for our own development and forge an iron discipline inspection team. Discipline inspection officials must continuously strengthen their study of the Party’s innovative theories, closely aligning this with the company’s industry characteristics and actual business operations, and intensify their learning of specialized knowledge. By doing so, we can build a versatile team of discipline inspection personnel, enhance their ability to perform their duties in strict accordance with regulations, discipline, and law, and ensure that discipline inspection work is precise and effective.
