The CPC Committee of CNASEC has made arrangements to launch study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements.

On March 10, CNASEC convened a special Party Committee meeting to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, as well as the arrangements made at the meeting of the Central Leading Group for Party Building and the spirit of the CPC Central Office’s “Notice on Launching Study and Education on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements Throughout the Party.” The meeting also aimed to carry out the work requirements of the Party Committee of CNASEC Machinery Industry Corporation and the Party Committee of Sumida Corporation, and to deliberate and deploy the launch of all related activities for the company’s study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the company’s leadership team, senior assistants, and heads of relevant departments of the Party Committee attended the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, making it of great significance to carry out study and education at this pivotal juncture. A correct view of political achievements is the moral foundation of governance, the guiding principle for public service, and the key to effective policymaking; it serves as the “compass” for undertaking and accomplishing tasks and the “fixed star” that ensures steady performance in official duties. It is essential to elevate our political stance and deeply recognize that conducting study and education is an important means of wholeheartedly upholding the “two establishments” and resolutely practicing the “two safeguards”; it is a crucial step toward securing a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan and promoting the company’s high-quality, sustainable development; and it is an important measure for steadfastly advancing comprehensive and strict Party self-governance and inspiring the broad ranks of Party members and cadres to strive vigorously and achieve outstanding results.
The meeting emphasized the need to focus on key tasks and ensure that study and education are thoroughly implemented in a coordinated and integrated manner. It is essential to firmly uphold the overarching requirements of “establishing the Party for the public good, delivering benefits to the people, making sound decisions, and pursuing practical and diligent work,” while integrating study and discussion, problem identification, rectification and improvement, institutional development, and open-door education throughout the entire process. This will ensure that study and education are deeply integrated with and mutually reinforce the company’s production, operations, reform, and development. High-quality study and discussion must be conducted, with a thorough examination of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on cultivating and practicing a correct view of political achievements, so as to effectively translate learning outcomes into steadfast ideals, strengthened Party spirit, and enhanced capacity to guide practice. High-quality problem identification and rectification are also crucial; all Party members and cadres should be guided to identify gaps, trace root causes, and strengthen self-cultivation from a Party-standpoint perspective, thereby thoroughly uncovering any deviations or shortcomings in their understanding and application of the correct view of political achievements. Rectification and improvement must be carried out to a high standard, closely linking study and education with the fulfillment of annual goals and tasks and with deepening audit-based rectification, thus fostering a positive cycle of “study–identification–rectification.” Institutional development must likewise be pursued with high quality, by thoroughly identifying regulations that do not align with the requirements of a correct view of political achievements and by establishing robust mechanisms for effectively preventing and correcting deviations in this regard. Finally, open-door education must be upheld, with outreach extended to the grassroots and to the broader workforce, so that employees can genuinely witness the new changes and tangible results brought about by the study and education campaign.
The meeting called for strengthening accountability and commitment, and for meticulous planning and organization to ensure that the study and education campaign is carried out with high quality. It emphasized the need to firmly assume primary responsibility, lead by example, and earnestly implement the campaign in a thorough and effective manner, thereby establishing a positive momentum characterized by a strong start, high-standard advancement, and tangible results. The meeting also stressed the importance of robust supervision and guidance, integrating the study and education campaign into key performance assessments for Party building, resolutely preventing superficiality, and ensuring the quality of the initiative. Furthermore, it underscored the need to focus on publicity and guidance, leveraging the company’s comprehensive communication platform to launch dedicated sections and features on the campaign, and to highlight stories of practical action and a sense of responsibility.
