The Party Committee of CNASEC Holds a Study and Education Reading Class on Establishing and Practicing the Correct View of Political Achievements

On April 3, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held the second centralized study session of the 2026 Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group, as well as a study and education workshop on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements. The workshop adopted a variety of approaches, including collective study, individual self-study, and exchange discussions, to thoroughly study materials such as “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Expositions on Fostering and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements” and “Vivid Practices During General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Local Work Period in Upholding a Correct View of Political Achievements.” Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the leadership team, secretaries of all Party branches, heads of various engineering companies (and departments), and leaders of the Party-member task-force teams for tackling tough challenges also attended.
Attendees collectively watched the study video “How to Pursue Achievements in a Correct Political Outlook and Get Things Done? The General Secretary Provides Guidance.” Members of the leading team then took the lead in studying the Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Discourses on Establishing and Practicing a Correct Political Outlook, engaging in in-depth discussions on the questions of “For whom are achievements cultivated, what kind of achievements should be cultivated, and on what basis should such achievements be built,” while sharing their insights and experiences from practical work. This exchange further strengthened their conscious awareness—both ideological and practical—of establishing and practicing a correct political outlook. Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Shang Jianbing, delivered a keynote address on the Regulations on the Ethical Conduct of Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises.
To stay firmly aligned with the core of strategic development and to advance key, system-wide tasks in a coordinated manner, the leader of the Party-member task force for tackling tough challenges delivered a briefing on the project implementation plan at the meeting, demonstrating a pragmatic and action-oriented work style that injects red vitality into high-quality development.
The meeting held that launching study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements is a major decision and deployment made by the Party Central Committee. It is essential to earnestly study and thoroughly understand General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions, firmly grasp the overarching requirements of “upholding the Party’s public-spirited nature, delivering benefits to the people, making scientific decisions, and pursuing practical and diligent work,” and strive to deliver achievements that can stand the test of practice and history, truly benefit the masses, and win their recognition.

We will earnestly and thoroughly carry out study and education, making the unequivocal emphasis on political principles the top priority. We will guide Party members and cadres to consolidate their ideological foundations and cultivate sound political integrity, effectively enhance their ability to promote the company’s high-quality development, and translate the outcomes of study and education into concrete achievements and tangible results.
II. We must accurately define the kind of achievements we seek to cultivate, stay firmly on the right path of development, and unleash the driving forces for high-quality development.
In close alignment with the deployment and arrangements of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, we will meticulously plan for development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, clearly define our technological positioning, seize opportunities presented by artificial intelligence, enhance business quality, and build core competitiveness—thereby continuously consolidating and elevating the positive momentum of moving forward in new directions, striving for excellence, and achieving continuous improvement.
III. Accurately determine “on what basis to measure political achievements,” emphasize practical and diligent action, and write a new chapter in high-quality development.
Clearly define the roadmap for tackling tough challenges, leverage the role of the task-force teams, launch a “battle to get off to a strong start,” fight and win “decisive battles,” and sustain victory in “protracted campaigns,” thereby comprehensively advancing the deep integration of Party building with business operations and laying a favorable foundation for the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
The meeting emphasized the need to firmly align our efforts in pursuing development and achieving success with a correct view of political performance, translating the outcomes of study and education into pragmatic actions that enable us to analyze new situations and address emerging challenges, and into outstanding achievements that demonstrate our willingness to shoulder major responsibilities and make greater contributions. Only through down-to-earth work and tangible results can we ensure a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan period and continuously open up new prospects for the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.
