The project primarily encompasses the process design, tank and engineering design for a 20,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene storage facility, supply of all equipment and materials, civil engineering and installation construction, individual unit commissioning, integrated commissioning, feedstock trial operation, and personnel training—all the way through to ensuring the facility operates smoothly and, following assessment, handing it over to the owner along with post-commissioning services. This project represents a significant breakthrough for the company in expanding into the petrochemical, energy, and natural gas sectors, breaking the technological monopoly held by foreign companies. It carries great strategic significance for adjusting the company’s business structure and enhancing its core competitiveness. Moreover, this is the company’s first major project undertaken under the EPC model in this field.
