Project Description

Project Overview:

The project includes a 20,000-cubic-meter cryogenic ethylene full-containment tank system, a 50,000-cubic-meter cryogenic liquid ammonia full-containment tank system, 10 spherical tank systems for various media, a comprehensive utility system for the entire tank farm, and an external pier pipe rack system. Among these, the 50,000-cubic-meter cryogenic liquid ammonia full-containment tank is currently the largest cryogenic liquid ammonia storage tank in China. The project achieves integrated control, management, and operation of cryogenic ethylene, cryogenic liquid ammonia, and ambient-temperature liquefied hydrocarbons—including storage, loading and unloading at the pier, road transportation via trucks, and pipeline transportation—reaching an advanced domestic level.
The second 20,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene project encompasses all professional engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and material feeding, as well as coordination for completion acceptance—covering the entire EPC process—for all aspects involved in the project scope, including one 20,000 m³ cryogenic ethylene storage tank, an ethylene flash gas BOG compression system, a reliquefaction circulation recovery system, an internal submerged liquid pump and booster pump export system, and a reheat vaporization system.
