The project plans to construct a 20,000 m³ cryogenic liquid ammonia concrete fully contained tank, a pressurization and reheating external delivery system, a BOG reliquefaction and recovery system, and supporting utility facilities to meet storage and turnover demands. Upon completion, the project will supply zero-carbon industrial gases—including ammonia, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen—to industrial production within the Chifeng Economic and Technological Development Zone, thereby reducing the zone’s carbon emissions, creating a zero-carbon chemical park, and helping the local area accelerate the development of a green industrial system.
