Regarding the project’s construction and operation, the company’s leadership has put forward five key instructions and requirements:
First, we must firmly anchor ourselves to the task objectives and make every effort to advance project construction. We need to remain confident in winning the tough battle of project construction, carefully coordinate and arrange construction plans for each phase, and ensure that project construction is carried out strictly according to the scheduled timeline, thereby achieving the set task objectives.
Second, we must firmly establish a sense of safety and rigorously focus on safety and quality management. We need to continuously reinforce the awareness that “safety comes first,” strictly enforce safe production and quality management, ensure the steady and safe progress of the project, and build a strong reputation for quality.
Third, we must strengthen technological innovation and enhance our core competitive advantages. We should consistently prioritize technology and innovation, accelerate the development of new-quality productivity, continuously bolster our core competitiveness and competitive edge, and deliver high-quality projects.
Fourth, we must focus on project operations and integrate resources to extend the value chain. We should leverage the demonstration effect of operation and maintenance projects, consolidate existing resources, expand the scope of operations, lengthen the industrial chain, and thereby boost market development and operational improvements.
Fifth, we must uphold the bottom line of integrity and promote the construction of clean projects. We need to consolidate the achievements of Party discipline study and education, keep the “string of integrity” taut throughout project implementation, firmly safeguard the bottom line, rigorously prevent risks, and foster a project environment characterized by integrity and high moral standards.
