On July 19, China Air Separation held a special Party discipline study and education session combined with a warning education conference. The session thoroughly studied and implemented the important remarks made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on comprehensively strengthening Party discipline building and Party discipline education. Participants gained a profound understanding of the necessity, urgency, and extreme importance of advancing the Party’s self-revolution and deepening the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. This will further promote the in-depth and practical implementation of Party discipline education within the company and achieve greater success in building a clean and upright China Air Separation. Lou Jiangning, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered the special Party discipline study and education lecture. The meeting was chaired by Shang Jianbing, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.

The participants first watched the cautionary educational film titled “Corruption Spreads from Top to Bottom.” Using these cases as warnings and lessons, the film reminded everyone that Party discipline and state laws must never be violated, and that we must always remain clear-headed and firmly uphold the bottom line of discipline.

Zhang Jianbing delivered a keynote speech titled “Uphold Discipline, Clearly Define Bottom Lines, Emphasize Responsibility, Take on Heavy Duties, and Pursue Entrepreneurship with a Sense of Ownership to Boost the Company’s High-Quality Development.” In his speech, he conveyed the spirit of the State Machinery Industry Corporation’s警示教育 conference, explained the Group’s positive and negative lists for implementing the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations, and put forward specific requirements for the discipline, rules, responsibilities, and sense of duty among the company’s cadres and employees. He pointed out that we must strengthen our awareness of discipline and ensure that integrity is the first line of defense in our professional conduct; enhance our sense of responsibility and firmly uphold compliance throughout our business operations; intensify supervision, enforcement of discipline, and accountability to make discipline truly act as a live, high-voltage wire; and dare to take on responsibilities and demonstrate initiative, rallying collective strength with a sense of ownership to propel the company toward high-quality development.

Lou Jiangning delivered a special Party discipline study and education lecture titled “Be Awed, Maintain Vigilance, Uphold the Bottom Line, and Use Strict Discipline to Safeguard the Company’s High-Quality Development,” drawing on the company’s actual situation. He emphasized that all cadres and employees must firmly establish a sense of rules and responsibility, remain constantly alert and proactive on the journey of “taking the exam,” and strive unremittingly to achieve all set goals and tasks.

First, we must elevate our perspective, unify our thinking, and deeply recognize the significant importance of conducting Party discipline study and education. From a historical perspective, strict discipline is a glorious tradition and unique advantage of the Party; from the perspective of contemporary demands, Party discipline study and education is a crucial measure for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance; and from the perspective of current needs, Party discipline study and education serves as an important guarantee for promoting the company’s high-quality development.

Second, we must take cases as lessons, strictly abide by discipline, and uphold the clear and distinct character of loyalty, integrity, responsibility, and dedication. We must cultivate a sense of awe and reverence, always respecting Party discipline and maintaining a humble and respectful attitude, thus ensuring that we learn the discipline and keep our hearts upright. We must remain ever-vigilant and cautious, constantly sounding the alarm and keeping a watchful eye on potential pitfalls, thereby acting in accordance with the discipline and maintaining proper conduct. We must hold fast to the bottom line, always adhering to discipline and remaining ever-alert to the boundaries, thus staying true to our duties and fulfilling our responsibilities with integrity.

Third, we must focus on genuine engagement and practical learning, exercising caution from the very beginning to the very end, and ensuring that Party discipline education and training are thoroughly implemented and yield tangible results. We must consistently uphold the principle of “practicality,” turning disciplinary rules into guidelines for action, and fostering a culture of hard work, substantive achievements, and real effectiveness. We must also maintain a consistently “strict” tone, rigorously following the new requirements set forth by the Party Central Committee for strengthening disciplinary development—catching problems early and addressing minor issues before they escalate. Moreover, we must continually inspire a spirit of “progressive advancement,” taking responsibility and acting decisively, tackling tough challenges in real-world situations, and achieving concrete results through dedicated and pragmatic efforts!

Lou Jiangning emphasized that we must always remain loyal, clean, and accountable; maintain a clear and firm resolve to keep moving forward; adopt a vigorous and enterprising spirit that seizes every moment; align our thoughts and efforts toward a common goal; and uphold the company’s high-quality development with strict discipline, injecting powerful momentum into its future growth and helping it navigate through challenges with unwavering determination.

Members of the company’s leadership team, mid-level managers, all Party members, union committee members, and Youth League general branch committee members attended the meeting.
