China Air Separation Holds a Meeting to Announce Cadre Appointments

On December 11, China Air Separation held a meeting to announce the appointment of cadres. Yang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Pudong Development Bank, and Li Lintao, Member of the Party Committee of China Pudong Development Bank and Head of the Party and Mass Support Department, attended the meeting. Members of the leadership team of China Air Separation, as well as chief assistants and mid-level cadres, also participated. The meeting was chaired by Li Lintao.
At the meeting, Li Lintao read out the appointment and dismissal documents: After careful deliberation by the Party Committee of China Pudong Development Bank, Comrade Xu Xianghui has been appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd., and is recommended as a candidate for Director and Chairman of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd.; he is relieved of his post as General Manager of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. Comrade Lou Jiangning has been relieved of his post as Secretary of the Party Committee of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd., and is recommended for removal from his positions as Director and Chairman of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. Comrade Li Jijie has been appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd., and is recommended as a candidate for Director and General Manager of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. Comrade Sheng Jianbing has been appointed as Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd.; and it is recommended that Shen Huxiang, Zhang Xingdong, and Lu Qi be considered as candidates for Deputy General Managers of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd.
Lou Jiangning delivered a statement. He expressed his firm support for the decisions and arrangements made by the Party Committee of China Pudong Development Bank, and conveyed his deep appreciation, satisfaction, gratitude, and best wishes toward China Air Separation. In particular, he thanked the leadership team and all the employees and staff of Air Separation for their hard work and selfless dedication over the years, which have enabled the company to forge ahead with determination and overcome challenges in its reform and development. He stated that he firmly believes the new leadership team will surely unite and lead all employees and staff, stay true to their mission, continue their efforts, and drive China Air Separation to achieve even greater success.
Xu Xianghui delivered a statement. He expressed his firm support for the decision made by the Party Committee of China Pudong Development Bank and his full compliance with the organization’s arrangements. He thanked the organization for its trust, care, and guidance, and pledged that under the leadership of the higher-level Party Committee, he would pool the collective wisdom and strength of the entire leadership team, uphold the principles of “humility, unity, and wholehearted dedication,” practice “practicality, pragmatism, and honesty,” and ensure that we “think carefully, act decisively, and achieve success.” He also committed to upholding “fairness, diligence, and integrity,” taking over the baton with determination, energetically embarking on a new journey, and devoting all our efforts to driving forward the development of all undertakings at China Air Separation.
Li Jijie delivered a statement. He expressed his firm support for and compliance with the organizational arrangements, sincerely thanked the organization for its trust, and pledged to approach his work with an earnest attitude of “seeking truth and being pragmatic,” to tackle tasks with the determination to “pioneer and innovate,” to achieve success with the perseverance to “carry forward our efforts,” and to handle matters with the humility of “taking responsibility and stepping up.” He also reaffirmed the service philosophy of creating value for customers, ensuring that the transition of responsibilities would be seamless and smooth, and wholeheartedly driving the air subsidiary’s development to new heights.
Yang Yong, representing the Party Committee of China SPD, explained the details surrounding this adjustment in the leadership team of China Air Separation. He expressed gratitude and respect to the previous leadership team led by Lou Jiangning, and put forward four hopes and requirements for the new leadership team of China Air Separation.
First, we must strengthen our study and raise our political awareness. Always prioritize learning, strengthen the study of political theory, and consistently stay on the right course. We must also intensify our study of professional knowledge, enhance our overall competence and leadership skills, and provide strong support for making scientific decisions and implementing targeted measures.
Second, we must unite and collaborate to pool our strengths for development. We must firmly establish a sense of the bigger picture and team spirit, respecting, supporting, and cooperating with one another to create powerful synergy in our work. We must also adhere to principles and genuinely steer matters in the right direction.
Third, we must dare to take responsibility and actively pursue innovation. We must have the courage to take responsibility and the spirit of proactive action, adopting a positive attitude to tackle all kinds of complex challenges. We should boldly explore innovative approaches and methods in our work, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of air separation, and showcasing the new vitality, fresh outlook, and remarkable achievements of the new leadership team.
Fourth, we must practice integrity and self-discipline, and strictly adhere to the bottom line of discipline. We must always remain vigilant and firmly uphold the principle of integrity and self-discipline, consciously abide by Party rules and national laws, and strictly implement all regulations governing ethical conduct, thus maintaining honesty and integrity and embodying upright character. We must strengthen leadership teams, lead our teams effectively, and foster a sound political environment characterized by integrity and righteousness.
Finally, Yang Yong emphasized that, under the leadership of the new team and with the joint efforts of all employees, China Air Separation is sure to build on its past achievements, attain even greater success, and make new and greater contributions to the overall development of SPD!
