CNASEC and Kaileng International have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on project cooperation.

On June 5, CNASEC (hereinafter referred to as “CNASEC”) and Kailing International Energy Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kailing International”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation for an overseas green ammonia project in Hangzhou. Yang Yuepeng, Vice President of Kailing International, and Director He Guanglin, along with Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CNASEC, and Dong Jie, Secretary of the Board of Directors, attended the signing ceremony and engaged in a symposium.

Li Jijie welcomed Yang Yuepeng and his delegation, briefly outlining the development trajectory of CNASEC, its business portfolio, landmark projects, technological innovation, and progress in smart‑technology integration. He noted that CNASEC boasts extensive EPC experience and cutting‑edge expertise in the energy sector, and enjoys a solid foundation for cooperation with Kailing International, with promising prospects for further collaboration. He expressed his hope that, taking this signing of the Memorandum of Understanding as an opportunity, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to explore cooperative avenues in international markets and the green‑energy space, thereby achieving mutually beneficial growth.

Yang Yuepeng expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by CNASEC, and outlined Kailing International’s overseas business strategy and its recent development trajectory. He noted that Kailing International has long been deeply engaged in regional markets such as the Middle East and North Africa, amassing extensive experience in the investment and construction of overseas power plants powered by fuel, natural gas, and photovoltaic energy. He voiced his anticipation that the two parties will continue to deepen their exchanges, leverage their respective areas of expertise, and collaborate synergistically in the international energy sector—pooling resources and going global together—to jointly usher in a new chapter of high-quality cooperative development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
