At the start of the new year, good news comes in pairs! Recently, China Air Separation successfully signed two EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. — Farvision Zero-Carbon Technology (Chifeng) Co., Ltd. 1.52 million tons/year Zero-Carbon Hydrogen Ammonia Project (Phase I) Low temperature Liquid ammonia storage facility The Dalian Changxing Island Dingxin Low-Temperature Tank Farm Project Kicks Off the New Year’s Business Development. “A double whammy”—bravely kick off with a winning start, hitting the ground running right from the start of the year.
Farvision Zero-Carbon Hydrogen-Ammonia Project (Phase I) Low temperature Liquid ammonia storage facility
This project harnesses wind from upstream. Green electricity generated from the light field serves as the energy source. The facility is equipped with an electrolyzer for hydrogen production via water splitting and an air separation unit for nitrogen production. Synthetic ammonia is produced through an ammonia synthesis unit. A 2-unit facility is planned for construction. 0000m ³ Low-temperature liquid ammonia concrete containment tank, Boosted Reheating Offshore Transmission System, The BOG re-liquefaction and recovery system, along with its supporting utilities, is designed to meet storage and turnover requirements. Upon completion, the project will provide zero-carbon industrial gas products—including ammonia, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen—to industrial producers within the Chifeng Economic and Technological Development Zone, thereby reducing carbon emissions in the zone. Leveraging the advantages of zero-carbon industrial gases and advanced energy-storage air separation technology, the project will help build a zero-carbon chemical park and accelerate the region's efforts to establish a green industrial system.
At Against the backdrop of the “dual carbon” goals, with the development of hydrogen energy, green ammonia—as a carrier for green hydrogen—is also gradually gaining attention from chemical and energy companies. Ammonia for energy storage is... 2030 will enter a period of rapid development. The undertaking of this project also reflects the company’s proactive efforts to position itself in the green ammonia market and its establishment of... A solid step forward after the establishment of the “Zero-Carbon Ammonia Energy Party Member Innovation Studio.”

Dalian Changxing Island Dingxin Low-Temperature Tank Farm Project
This project is located in one of the country’s seven major petrochemical bases. — Dalian Changxing Island (Xizhong Island) Petrochemical Base: The initial phase of the project will involve constructing one 5-... 0000 m ³ Low-temperature ethylene full-containment tanks and associated equipment are installed, with future expansion capacity reserved. 4 Taiwan 160000 m ³ Site for the construction of a cryogenic ethane full-containment tank. Changxing Island (Xizhong Island) Petrochemical Base It will be developed following a model of scale, intensification, integration, and diversification. A large-scale integrated refining and petrochemical production base with multiple industrial chains and product clusters. This successful bid marks the company’s new journey of deepening its presence in another domestic petrochemical base, following its previous foothold at the Lianyungang Petrochemical Base.
