Regarding the company’s next steps, Lou Jiangning put forward four requirements:

We must deepen reforms of our institutional mechanisms to create favorable conditions for the company’s further development; enhance both the soft and hard capabilities of our corporate platform to provide support and guarantees for employees to realize their value; and cultivate and effectively leverage our unique strengths to lay a solid foundation for pioneering new markets and innovating profit models.

(3) Unite our hearts and pool our strengths to embark on a new journey. Make good use of it. “First-class talent.” We must focus on building a cadre team capable of shouldering great responsibilities and establish a comprehensive, end-to-end mechanism for cadre selection, development, utilization, and management. We must also focus on cultivating a high-quality, professional talent pool, placing even greater emphasis on nurturing and leveraging talent in addition to attracting and gathering it.
