“The east wind scatters rain and dew, ushering in spring for heaven and earth!” On April 20, Lin Hongyu, Secretary of the Jining Municipal Party Committee of Shandong Province, and her delegation visited China Air Separation. Building on the earlier cooperation agreement signed between China Air Separation and Jining, Shandong—the “China Green Plant Protection Technology Industrial Park Project Cooperation Agreement—they engaged in an in-depth exchange centered around the China Green Pesticide Collaborative Innovation Industrial Park project. Lou Jiangning, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Air Separation, warmly welcomed Lin Hongyu and her delegation. Accompanying the delegation were Dong Bo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jining Municipal Party Committee and Secretary-General; Liu Dongbo, Vice Mayor of the Jining Municipal Government; and Yuan Yibin, Secretary of the Zoucheng Municipal Party Committee. Also attending the exchange were Lu Qi, Chief Engineer of China Air Separation and General Manager of the Chemical Engineering Company, as well as Dong Jie, Secretary of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, Lou Jiangning first provided a detailed overview of the company’s development journey over the past four decades. He pointed out that, all along, China Air Separation has consistently taken technological innovation as its guiding principle and, by deeply cultivating the fields of fine chemicals and industrial parks, has accumulated extensive technical expertise and practical experience. He expressed his hope that, through close collaboration with the governments and enterprises of Jining City and Zoucheng City, they could jointly promote the smooth implementation of the project and achieve innovation and breakthroughs in the green pesticide industry.

Lu Qi provided a detailed introduction to the industrial park’s brand-new S2B2C model and its highly efficient integration capabilities. By collaborating with the Pesticide Industry Association, the park will jointly select specialized, sophisticated, and innovative enterprises with strong innovation capabilities to join the park, concentrating superior resources to accelerate the development of new-quality productivity.

Yuan Yibin stated that since the signing of the agreement, the project has been steadily advancing and has now entered a critical phase. Zoucheng will continue to optimize its services to ensure the project is quickly implemented and put into production, setting an exemplary model for the industry’s development and contributing to the vigorous growth of the local economy.

Lin Hongyu expressed full recognition of the innovative model adopted by China Air Separation in the development of the plant protection industrial park. He pointed out that the project model employed by the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park is highly innovative and forward-looking, and closely aligns with the needs of the chemical industry’s transformation and upgrading in the Jining region. He emphasized that the Jining municipal government will provide full cooperation to ensure that the necessary resources for the project are allocated promptly and effectively, thereby promoting the smooth and orderly implementation of the project.

This industrial park project is based on a brand-new concept of “co-construction, shared benefits, symbiotic coexistence, and win-win outcomes,” as well as a construction model characterized by “industrial park standardization, factory-based equipment installation, and integrated services.” It pioneers a new path for the development of industrial parks in China. Not only does it provide robust support and empowerment to enterprises, fully leveraging the agglomeration and synergy effects among companies within the park, but it also significantly enhances overall operational efficiency and profitability, reduces costs and risks, and injects strong new momentum into the sustained and healthy development of the fine chemical industry.
