On March 29, as the liquid level in the ethylene storage tank rose to the designated height and all relevant indicators met the design requirements with high quality, the plant operated smoothly. The second low-temperature ethylene unit of Lianyungang Rongtai successfully started up on its first attempt, marking yet another significant achievement for China Air Separation in its deep cultivation of the low-temperature storage tank sector, its efforts to build a green energy system, and its contribution to the development of the petrochemical industry in Lianyungang!

On March 28, the China Green Plant Protection Industrial Park Investment and Development Conference was successfully held in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province, marking a further step forward in the implementation of the "China Green Plant Protection Technology Industrial Park Project Cooperation Agreement" signed between China Air Separation and Zoucheng, Shandong. This milestone represents a solid advancement for the industrial park project.

On March 20, Zhao Weilin, General Manager of Sumida Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sumida”), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Complete Sets Company, along with his delegation, visited China Air Separation for research and guidance. Attending the visit were Yang Yong, Director of Sumida’s Office, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Pufa; Tang Biao, Vice Chairman of the Complete Sets Company and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch; Wang Wei, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the Complete Sets Company, as well as heads of relevant departments and business units; Huang Shiwen, Capital Director of Sumida; members of the leadership team of China Air Separation; and senior assistant-level officials. Together with the earlier agreements signed between China Air Separation and Shandong—the "Cooperation Agreement on the China Green Plant Protection Technology Industrial Park Project" and the "Cooperation Agreement on the Bromine Chemical Industry Park Project"—they conducted an in-depth investigation and provided guidance on the development of China’s specialty fine chemical industrial park project.
