On October 28, accompanied by the golden autumn breeze, joyful news came from the shores of the Yellow Sea: the Lianyungang Rongtai Storage Tank Area Project (Phase V)—undertaken by China Air Separation—has successfully achieved high-standard handover, marking a significant milestone in the project’s construction and signaling its full transition into the pre-production commissioning and preparation phase. This achievement not only represents another successful implementation and transformation of the outcomes from the company’s extensive discussion on liberating thinking but also stands as yet another monumental accomplishment built upon the company’s core technological strengths and its wealth of experience in EPC general contracting projects.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the company sounded the rallying cry for the final sprint of the year! On September 29, the lifting operation of the 50,000-cubic-meter cryogenic ethylene full-containment tank in the low-temperature tank area of the Dingxin Storage Project on Xizhong Island, Dalian—undertaken by China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”) as general contractor—was successfully completed. This milestone marks a significant achievement for the project and lays a solid foundation for its early commissioning and operation.

On September 23, Li Yonggang, Secretary of the LaiZhou Municipal Party Committee in Shandong Province, and his delegation visited China Air Separation. The visit focused on accelerating the construction of the China (LaiZhou) Bromine Chemical Industry Park and involved an in-depth discussion of the industrial planning for China’s specialty fine chemical industry park. Also attending the meeting were Qiu Zhaoming, Vice Mayor of LaiZhou City; Sun Yongpeng, Director of the LaiZhou Investment Promotion Center; Yin Zhaozhong, Director of the LaiZhou Yinhai Chemical Industry Park Management Service Center; and representatives from relevant departments of the LaiZhou City government.

Wang Weiling, Director of the Group’s Audit Department, and Wang Mowei, Deputy Director (in charge of daily operations) of the Finance Department, accompanied the visit. Lou Jiangning, General Manager of China Pufa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of China Air Separation, chaired the symposium during the visit. Xu Shidong, a member of the Party Committee and CFO of China Pufa, along with members of the leadership team of China Air Separation and senior assistant-level officials, also attended the visit.

On September 20, the first shareholders’ meeting of China Air Separation for 2024, the 13th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, and the 5th meeting of the 5th Supervisory Board were successfully held in Hangzhou. The meetings were chaired by Lou Jiangning, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company. All shareholders, directors, and supervisors of the company attended the meetings, while members of the company’s leadership team and heads of relevant departments were present as observers.

In the golden autumn month of September, good news has been coming one after another! On September 12, China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”) and Jiangsu Andefu Storage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Andefu”) successfully signed a contract for the construction of a new 49,000 m³ cryogenic liquid ammonia storage tank and associated facilities at Jiangsu Andefu Storage Co., Ltd. The signing ceremony was held at Jiangsu Andefu’s premises, where Xu Xianghui, General Manager of China Air Separation, and Chen Wei, General Manager of Jiangsu Andefu, signed the project contract on behalf of their respective companies.
