As we enter the final sprint of the year-end period, in order to unite all forces within the company and strive to deliver a high-quality “answer sheet” for this year’s extensive discussion on emancipating minds, and to fully propel the company’s high-quality development, the Party Committee of China Air Separation held a United Front Work Conference for 2024 on the afternoon of December 30, with the theme “Unite Hearts and Gather Strength—Love the Enterprise, Offer Wise Suggestions, and Make Contributions.” Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, and Shang Jianbing, Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the meeting. Representatives from the United Front circles and relevant personnel from the Party Committee’s working departments also participated. The meeting was chaired by Li Jijie.

As the year draws to a close, good news comes from the north! On December 27, the Chifeng Yuanjing Zero-Carbon Hydrogen-Ammonia Project—undertaken by China Air Separation—achieved a new milestone: the successful installation of the metal inner tank for the 20,000 m³ cryogenic liquid ammonia concrete fully enclosed storage tank! This marks another critical milestone for the project following the completion of the concrete pouring work for the tank’s dome. It signifies that both the inner and outer tanks of the cryogenic liquid ammonia storage facility have now been fully completed, steadily bringing the project closer to its annual construction goals.

Recently, the smart factory construction project—implemented by China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”)—has achieved breakthrough progress in the EPC project of the Southwest Copper Industry’s 66,000 Nm³/h air separation unit, which has now been officially put into operation. This milestone sets a new industry standard, propelling large-scale air separation units into a new era of autonomous operation and ushering in a fresh chapter of intelligent transformation.

On December 26, the 5th Congress of the Communist Youth League of China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CYL China Air Separation”) was successfully held. Recently, we received joyful news from the China National Machinery Industry Federation: the “Large-Scale Cryogenic Intelligent Storage Equipment System” project by China Air Separation has won the Silver Award in the 3rd National Machinery Industry Product Quality Innovation Competition—the “Hangyang Cup.” This achievement marks the company’s leading position in the field of cryogenic storage technology. The system not only represents the development trend toward intelligent and green, low-carbon equipment but also brings technological innovation and transformation to the deep-cold liquid storage industry.

The China Air Separation Industry Association’s election conference was successfully held.
On December 24, the election conference for the renewal of the trade union committee of China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”) was successfully held. Zhang Peng, member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Pudong Development Bank; Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board; and Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Lu Yijun, a member of the fourth-term trade union committee and Vice Chairperson, and was attended by all representatives of the trade union members.
